I am completely blown away at how amazing this bracelet and company is! I actually bought another medical ID bracelet off a site that's meant to be pretty high class, I spent £50 and my bracelet didn't fit and broke. And they won't replace it. THIS company however is just perfect, the bracelet you can order in all different styles, colours, and sizes. It's cheap, and I love how they treat you with a cute email, and love the quality control pup! I am recommending this site to everyone I know haha, also it arrived sooner than planned. It also came with extra links and a booklet to fill out to go into your wallet. Just couldn't get any better, if you're considering using this company, do it! :)

absolutely loved the bracelet, able to put all my relevant info on back plus added my name and post code. Bracelet looks quite delicate compaired to my last one but is strong and very pretty, ordered one for my Sister as well.Very pleased with the product.would advise anyone to order one you won't be disappointed.

Arrived on time, engraving is perfect just what I ordered, bracket feels very light on don’t notice I’m wearing it, was packaged very well, came with medical card also, and spare heart attachments to make bracket bigger, thank you very much

I was absolutely amazed at how quickly this bracelet arrived! I am very happy with it. It is elegant and feminine,while still serving its purpose as a med ID. I measured my wrist as instructed in the item description and the bracelet fit perfectly! It did come with a few extra links as well in case I should need them in the future for resizing. The engraving is clear, crisp, and easy to read. After doing some shopping around, I noticed that this bracelet and others from this seller seemed to allow more characters per line for the engraving than those from other sellers, which was very nice.The customer service is amazing as well, which can be hard to come by these days. 100% recommend.

Love this bracelet. They did an absolutely wonderful job. Fits perfectly. They sent extra heart links in case they are needed. Engraving is very nice. I love the way it looks like a nice piece of jewelry. It is made well and I expect if to last for years. I received several emails from the company to thank me for my order and to let them know if I needed anything to just let them know. This is a family owned business and they really seem to care about their customers. I would recommend this bracelet.

This is a really nice bracelet. It is well made, and comes beautifully packed. The family run company is super nice and responsive.The only reason I gave it four stars (versus five) is because of the bracelet sizing instructions. I measured my wrist to be 5 1/4 inches, ordered that size and what came was a bracelet 1/4 inch shorter--but it came with additional links. I had to have a jeweler add the links which is fine--but had to pay extra and thought I was going to get a bracelet that was what I measured.

This was much nicer than I expected. Delicate enough for a woman's wrist. Engraving is legible. (I had back only engraved,) I encourage buyers to think through what they want to say on engraving. Write it out several ways before making the decision. Critical info first! Wish I had added about 1/4-1/2 inch on my wrist size. It fits well but I would have preferred to have it a bit more loose. I am very happy with it. I've had other med alert bracelets and this is by far the nicest!

Bought this for my daughter who has metal stint in head due to aneurysm and every time she goes to hospital, MDs who are not aware schedule an MRI. The bracelet is perfect, great quality, however, the only problem is, I inadvertently put my phone number instead of her MD at the HMO. Drs # is 859-5000, mine is 859-5XXX, therefore I will order a corrected one in the near future. This is not meant for review, just advising U of my error. Thanks

Great quality. The sizing is spot on. They even included a few extra links just in case. Looks so much better than the bulky old medical id bracelets. The only thing I was disappointed with is the color of the medical emblem. I ordered purple thinking it would be a medium to dark purple, it is actually more of a purple pink, if that makes any sense. Arrived very quickly.

I really love my ID bracelet. The little hearts that go around really are very pretty and I love the way the bracelet fits my wrist, perfectly. (This bracelet really doesn't look at all like the old big one that I had by another company, it was very big and ugly.) I do plan to order one of these for each of my 3 granddaughters, they have severe allergies and this bracelet will make the perfect life saving gift for them. Thanks for the quick delivery. I ordered this medical bracelet for my daughter, it’s exactly what I was looking for! It’s very pretty and delicate, but it also allowed for all the text I wanted to include. I have her full name, medical condition, two phone numbers and two more lines with her meds. The stainless steel will hold up well, I can tell. They included extra links and charms, I’m going to keep them so I can extend the bracelet as she grows. I actually took a couple links out because she has a very small wrist and it was easy to do with a needle nose plyers. Would recommend!

I have had my bracelet for almost a year and I have not taken it off once. The hearts are still very shiny and not scratched. A few of the letters on the inside have begun to wear off but, I've had the thing on my wrist 24/7 for a year so that is to be expected. However, it is under warranty and the seller has agreed to fix it and return it to me for free! I highly recommend The Identity Doctor and will use them again!

Had a problem with the first one I ordered. Company took care of it and fixed the issue. The bracelet is very durable. It came a second time still too large but I was able to shorten. Does take a while for it to arrive but glad I kept the faith in this company as I have not had any further problems with it and I love the heart bracelet too.

I received my bracelet, fully engraved, and it is beautiful! I love that it is hand made by a family-owned business. They contacted me to make sure I received my item and was satisfied, and that left a good impression with me. I have metal allergies, so I am very happy that this bracelet is stainless steel, both strong and durable, yet allergy free for me! They sent a couple of extra links, but I did not need them. In fact I actually had to remove 2 links to fit properly, but it was easy. I hope I never need this bracelet, but I'm glad that it can speak for me if I cannot. Thank you so much! I love it! I was able to put my information on both sides. I love the hearts! And I picked pink for the medicL symbol. It fits great and comes with extra parts to make it larger if needed. Just beautiful! I am allergic to a lot of metal so I was nervous. But I’ve been wearing the bracelet a week now and no problems at all.

I love this medical ID bracelet. The engraving is dark and easy to read. I never take it off and the engraving is still like new. I like that it is feminine with the hearts. I've gone through several ID bracelets and this one is definitely my favorite in terms of quality and style.
