Fillers have now been added to this product
Taking these tablets used to really relax the muscle rigidity, stiffness & spasms I experience as a result of of my medical condition but when they added other things to the capsules I have found them to be not as good at doing this as they once were. Now they have added magnesiun stearate & silicon dioxide to them. These tablets still put me to sleep but they are no longer the wonderful muscle relaxant they used to be...I am going to phase these tablets out and take a liquid form of magnesium chloride instead...I'm going to try Mega-Mag as I've read good things about it & it contains no fillers.

Strength too high
Should have done better research on this, because at this dose after only a week I have a bad kidney infection and it’s turns out taking this high a dose is dangerous. I don’t have kidney problems normally and doctor said at that high a dose it poses quite a few health problems. Kidneys being one.I would caution buying this high strength and very expensive too.

Waste of money
Tablets all clumped together. Unusable had to throw away. Complete waste of money

Product with no quality
Took few capsules and few weeks after checked the flask and many capsules was opened and sticking on each other. Contacted the manufacturer and he didn’t take the responsibility. He said there is many fake bottles being sold and he only can take the responsibility if you buy direct from their website, but not if you buy from any third part like Amazon.Waste of money, probably there is only flour inside.

Does the job
My go to magnesium. I train 6 days a week. This is brilliant for muscles recovery, calmness and improved quality sleep.Love the fact it has no nasties and that it is in the best form that my body can absorb it. I take 2 every evening about 30 minutes before bed time.
