Very disappointed. The customer service person was very nice but ...
The price was high so I thought because it was light weight in aerodynamic it was the cart to buy. Since I’ve had it only for two months the tires have fallen off the battery connection has cracked and sparking the cushions to hold your golf clubs are shredded. Not something that I would appreciate and only owning two months and I have a real electric golf cart to use most of the time. Also the wheel on the back that stabilizes it, The connection broke off in the inside when I never used it and took it off once. Something that’s used outside should be a lot stronger. Very disappointed. The customer service person was very nice but move very slowly on handling the issues.

Much better than my old cart
I've had experience with a previous lead-acid based powered remote golf cart and was happy with the product. Butthen I borrowed an 3 year old RL150 from a friend this summer and finally decided to get one myself when he came back asking for it back(!) I wanted something easier to lift and store in the trunk of my car rather than keeping it at the clubhouse. It's simple (yet with an advanced battery) to operate, has great range with the remote option (came with 2 remotes) and pretty compact.A few notes that may not be obvious from the user manual:- you can only have one remote paired/working at any one time (due to safety reasons as I was told)- this unit is quite "peppy" and accelerates quite quickly even with a full load, so make sure you dial back the speed knob to the slowest the first time you use it in order to adjust your response time.Overall I'm very happy with the product.

The only thing good about it is light weight and good looks
It is lighter than other carts, however the back wheel(4th wheel at the very back) which is supporting stability is too small and tips over and falls.Bar connecting the wheel to the main body is plastic and when it tipped over ,it broke off from the body. When going straight it tends to veer left so i have to constantly use the remote to straighten it and doing so sometimes suddenly turns 90 degrees. The only thing good about it is light weight and good looks.Very disappointing. After this incident, my husband bought CartTek GRI-1500Li SIVER Electric Remote. which is heavier but more stable and bigger back wheel with metal arm connectorCan I return and get refund?

It works really well. The only thing that I ...
It works really well. The only thing that I could see being different is if the wheels were a little nobbier. When the grass is wet the wheels slip when turning.

Excellent idea but poor quality
After having this cart for three seasons, it is falling apart. It is an awesome cart for many reasons but the quality is unacceptable. First, the rubber that keeps your bag from sliding around comes off in months. Second, the electronics on the handle stopped working the second year other than speed control. The connection for the battery will not stay tight. And finally this year, the tires are coming apart, the remote only works some of the time and the cart is now useless.

It works good
I ran over my golf bag with it but that was my fault I like it and it works fine

I've enjoyed it but it's not a great cart
This was my first electric cart so I've really enjoyed it rather than pushing my bag around. It's also been a pretty good cart but after four years, I'm tired of it. The speed nob broke after only a year and a half and I had to fix it. It broke AGAIN about a year ago but I don't think I can fix it this time so I can only use my remote now which sucks. With good manufacturer support, maybe my issues could have been resolved. However, that isn't the case with Spitzer. They have been just terrible. Just about every time I reach out to them, it takes a while for a response and sometimes they don't follow through.None of this matters though as they just announced that they're going out of business. Probably good for everyone involved (especially future customers).

I like it even though it needs improvements...
Nice design, compact, and very lightweight. Remote control needs a complete redesign. Control distance to trolley is too small to be useful -- after 20 feet it just keeps going without responding to remote. Instruction book has suggestions for "rebooting", customer service has two more -- none works satisfactorily. I wanted the R/C so that I could leave the cart on hills to alert the next group not to hit just yet. But can't do that in practice.Yet, this cart is very usable by keeping a hand on the handle and let the twin motors do the work. Battery holds up nicely for 18 holes in winter. Needs a better connector to charger -- really hard to unscrew in winter or rainy weather. Another simple fix -- the score card holder is a mess -- redesign completely. The rubber bands hold the bag on the trolley; but they are very easy to loose; tie a knot in each before using them! The clubs bang into the trolley and after three rounds they take off the silver paint. The "tread on the tires" is about 1/16 of an inch "deep" -- not enough on wet days and hilly courses -- easy to fix. This product must have been designed by a very good engineer who did not take the time to build a prototype and watch how golfers actually use the product. So all these little problems should be fixed and early users should be offered fixes for "cost" -- then you will have a crowd control issue. Especially when the price drops to a 3 digit number from it's current level of 4!I'm a 18 handicapper who plays a few rounds a week weather permitting on a hilly course.
