Great thermometer!! worked very well and easy to use. The probe unfolds from the head with ease and gives a fast and accurate reading in it's easy to read display. Did not create a large hole in the food being measured. Pleased with this product!

Only gave this 4 stars because have trouble keeping temp at Fahrenheit instead of Centigrade. Can get it, but it keeps going back to Centigrade. Had to post a conversion chart to use it. Otherwise very clear and easy to read.

It worked wonderfully for about 9 months. Now, it randomly switches between F & C and the buttons have stopped working. The display is glitchy and it's about useless at this point, as I cannot get it to work when I need it. Never used it on anything more than 200F. Was just used to make sure soy wax cooled to a temperature of 150F. Been used less than a dozen times. Very disappointing as I had hoped to have this in my tools for years. I am going to be looking for another one, somewhere else.

I have not used it much yet. So far it works perfectly, seems handy to use and well made. Price seems economical.

Used the product once and it seemed to work fine. On the second try, it would not turn on. So, I attempted to change the battery and the entire thermometer literally fell apart. The product is a cheap price, but also very cheaply made (battery won't stay in place, etc) - don't waste your money.

I bought it to use as a candy thermometer, and it worked great for the fudge I made for the holidays.

Battery died almost immediately.

It worked well the first few times I used it, but started malfunctioning. It kept switching to Celsius, without my pressing the button, and it would turn on by itself even though it was folded and placed in a drawer. As a result, the battery died almost instantly. I'm loathe to order another digital thermometer after this experience.
