Listen, this will be a bit personal, but hey...it's my business to tell. I saw a video on Instagram that basically said high blood pressure was due to a deficiency in Magnesium. Should I know this, sure, but I didn't. And although I'm not diagnosed with high blood pressure, my blood pressure has been elevated due to weight gain in the recent years. I bought this product and began using it. Today is day 4 or 5 and I've had great bowel movements and my blood pressure is beautiful! I'm not a pill taker and really dislike meds altogether, however these pills are easy to swallow and I feel a difference. Look at this beautiful screenshot of my blood pressure today, 5/3/2025. We all need more magnesium the DRs tell us.
I keep seeing my magnesium levels down on my labs , and I've been getting lots of them. I know we all need salt, magnesium and potassium to make your nerves and muscles work and after being treated for an illness that left me in a weakened state I decided to add these to my daily multi vitamins which I forget to take most of the time but I noticed that when I do take them for a week or so straight I have more energy walking and doing better àt choirs of daily living. The also help with bm. Anyway they are helping me when I take them.
