Such nice bell and such kind company. They sent me another one with a nice red bag. It arrived in a box with smiley face on it. It is cute but was about to spoil the surprise. My daughter was very suspicious when she saw the smiley face. It arrived on time like in a week. Again it's very kind of them to send an extra one. My other daughter really liked the extra one. The original bell is so well. The package is great. I recommend it to everyone.

Polar Exspress Silver Bell
This bell was nice,but much smaller than expected. It would make a nice ornament for the tree. I guess you would need to pay more for a larger one. My Grandaughter found it under the tree Christmas ,she is 5, and she was thrilled! That's all that really matters!!!

Nicely packaged.
It was nice. However for the money I paid, I expected it to be a little bit bigger but It made my daughter happy.

Not as advertised
The Ad states 2 Polar Bells. The bell in the photo is the one I was expecting, just like off the Polar Express Movie. What we got was the one bell In the picture as I expected and then one bell that looked like it was taken off from a cat toy. It was small, sounded like garbage and looked like junk. That was not disclosed in the Ad. I was led to believe that I was getting 2 of the bells in the photo. NOT SO! I would not have purchased this had I known that. One kid was happy and one was bummed. How do you choose who gets the good bell??
