This product definitely seems to help. The Taste is not bad at all. I would give it a full five stars with your packaging it's unethical. I open it up to find half of the product in a piece of plastic that could be cut in half. I wish companies would start shaking the product down and using smaller containers to help the environment. It's just very wasteful and I'm sure the added expense is passed on the consumer. It's also seems to be a little bit deceptive. Making people think they're getting more product than they are. This thing was literally half full here's a picture. Would it really be that difficult to make the container half the size or three quarters and Shake It Down. You're not the only one other product companies need to be more responsible. I have seen worse though.
