MODERN PRODUCTS Spike Tenderizer Magic Seasoning, 3.75 OZ

I have been using this product for decades, when it was named something else. Although it appears to have changed ownership a few years ago, the ingredients did not change - what a relief. Because of the recession, I am no longer able to get it at my local health food stores or Whole Market, so I am grateful I can still get it from the internet. It tenderizes meat quite well and adds a nice taste without overdoing it, and does it without using the chemicals of modern brands. I highly recommend it.

This is the best seasoning/tenderizer I've ever used. Makes the best steaks, prime rib, etc... I have yet to use it on chicken but it is a winner on beef.
