I used it just like all the other hoses. After 3 uses I dragged it around the roses, probably some spike poked a few holes and it started leaking, and after that I used another time, and it just simply exploded. I hope I just happened to get a bad one and all the others are good. I still have time to return it so I sent it back immediately. Just a little disappointed, it looks like a nice one when I got it.

The nozzle is junk. very cheap plastic part, be sure not to cross thread it when installing, as the plastic is so soft its easy to mess it up. Also as it came it wouldn't spray, had to turn the little screw at the back a few tuns so the handle pulls out further, then is works. I almost returned it as defective till I figured it out.As far as the hose, its a typical flexible hose. They don't last very long, especially if you accidentally leave the water on.I measured and it is in fact 25 feet off and 75 feet on so the reviews saying it wasn't that long must have either 1) been reviewing a different product, or 2) didn't have enough pressure in their water line to make the hose inflate 3) didn't really measure and just eyeballed it. It looks shorter than a 25 regular hose because its not straight because it twsits and turns and bends, but if you really measure it you will see it is the advertised lenghts.You can't just turn the hose on without having a nozzle or some shutoff on the other end, it will only get longer if its got something to keep water from flowing through it freely, common sense but I bet if you never used one of these hoses before it might be confusing.

I don't care how much it expand. I care about performance and this product fails miserably. They say 3/4 ", after reading the description it says 3/4" FITTINGS; and that's true. What they don't tell is the hose that connects them is smaller than 1/2, imho the internal hose is about the size of a soda straw and has the performance to match.

I had one in my patio, but I had a different light-weight one in the front. With the drought here in California, I’m watering by hand. Not a problem until I finish and want to store it neatly and easily. I got worn out trying to reel it up neatly. This one shrinks and it doesn’t take much effort to just leave it there, nest and clean. Something I already knew from the one in the back, it works perfectly and it’s light weight for an old guy like me.

This hose is great! No more fighting with a regular hose! This hose takes up such a small amount of space and I like the adjustable nozzle! Best customer service too!

Seller got this hose to me a day earlier than scheduled. Hose is good quality, expanding length and utilizes brass ends. This is important since this hose purchase is replacing a hose purchased only a month ago because the plastic ends broke off after only a few uses. Lessons learned.

Great hose expands and retells quickly. Can take with you if you need to. Instructions state no not leave in the sun. But easily stores in provided bagVery low water pressure. Great for watering plants. Do not recommend for cleaning purposes.

This hose is awesome. It has made my life so much easier. No big,heavy ass hose to roll up any longer. With this hose, just release the pressure and it contracts on it's own. A must have. And i should mention, GREAT QUALITY!!!
