CB6500 Wi-Fi Employee Management Time Clock

I have 7 employees, so this worked great for me. Set up was easy, adding new employees is a breeze.. I am at a different office location than my employees, so getting on the website and checking the dashboard to see who is and isn't punched is a great. Also have the app on my phone to check on hours also. Love this product.

We like it and it's a great option for employees. Don't love that you have to pay a subscription price on top to get the software to run it, but that's expected with this type of equipment. Works well, no issues so far

Won’t connect to WiFi - so many issues - not working as expected

5 starsI would recommend this time clock to any business owner that wants something easy to use for managing their employees. It has everything a business with employees needs from time off requests to tracking sick days and overtime calculations. A big jump in features from my old punch clock, but wroth the upgrade.

Overall, I love the uAttend time clock. We've eliminate paper time cards and the need to tally up hours prior to doing our payroll. It wasn't the easiest to set up (my reason for the four stars) but once it's up and going it works great. We did have to keep it on a LAN line due weak WiFi signal. Tech support is great if you have even the simplest of questions. You will need to pay a monthly fee because everything is tracked through the uAttend servers, however, it has paid for itself in hours we save tracking time the old way.

Software is basic and non intuitive. lots of selecting and entering of numbers - for instance, if you want to add a lunch punch, you have to use the mouse to select the hour digit, then use the mouse to select the minutes digit then use the mouse to select the am/pm and have to type it in. Getting timecard reports are hard, the menus are not logical to my thinking. The keypad on the clock itself uses multipress letter entry which is slow.My particular unit has a habit of losing internet connectivity on the first of the month, each month, for about 3 days. Then its back working again. I delete network settings and reset to factory settings and same results.The company has responsive text chat help, but they couldn't find a tech in the building to help me further, so we scheduled a call for 5 days from now, my next chance to devote a few hours to getting this running AGAIN.if this doesn't work its going in the trash.

Great product! Very few issues and the uattend customer service is very attentive and quick. All of my questions have been answered in a matter of minutes. I'm very thankful I came across this product and my company/ employees are thrilled to not have to keep a hand written time card. :)Helps keep track of everything!

I have but I dint use, because is very hard to use.

Been using about two months now and I love it. It saves me SO much time. Yes there is a monthly fee but I’m confident that it has reduced time theft enough to pay for itself monthly. It was a bit annoying getting set up (activation code was missing, had to contact seller) but was up and running within a couple hours and is very user friendly software. Would recommend!
