Pros: This is the cutest coat I have ever owned, and SO warm. I'm 5'3" and it falls right at the perfect spot on my waist. The zipper looked sketchy, but it has held up pretty well, considering I've worn this coat every other day for 4ish months. Cons: The silver end pieces on the drawstrings are plastic, and one was broken when I received it. The black, outer material on this coat has held up well, but the grey lining started to pill after a week of wear. So, overall, I love the coat but the inner lining around the collar and on the wrists is made of REALLY poor material. I would buy again and probably give 5 stars if the manufacturer fixed that. As far as sizing goes, I am usually a size Small or XS in coats in the US (small shoulders and a small chest), and I ordered a medium. It fits perfectly. I would recommend going about two sizes up from your normal.

I love my new jacket. I'm very petite and often order xs and then make the necessary adjustments. Not with this this jacket. I ordered a xs but got medium instead. However, this jacket fits perfect😃😃😃. Can't wait to wear it. I definitely recommend if your looking for a warm coat on a budget

It was cute, but the inside lining looks tacky with fake designer names on it. It was way too small; I could not return it because shipping was over three times the cost of the jacket. I will be giving it away.

I really love this Jacket so much! Although, I ordered a midium size instead of small since the instructions indicate it runs small. However, When I received my Jacket it was extra large size but still fits as expected.

Delivery was 11 days late. When it got here it was waaaay too small for my 14 year old daughter. Cheaply made and some tacky Golvin Kloin lining on the inside. Requested a return and they offered me a partial refund and to keep the coat so I “can give it to someone it fits or donate it.” I’ve brought the issue to Amazons attention, as I don’t want to keep a coat that doesn’t fit anyone, I want a refund and to get rid of this cheaply made coat.

The look and fit is great. However, just after two wears, it tore from under the arm without me mal-handling it. But besides that, it does keep me really warm and looks great.

Second time i buy it... my daughter kept my first one and the quality is great

The description states there is a hood but the jacket does not come with one. The fit is good
