Update:I recently just took out individual braids and noticed a difference in my hair texture. My hair is thicker and healthier. Before my stylist said there were parts that she couldn't even braid due to hair loss. But she was able to braid every inch of my scalp. Thanks to these vitamins. I just ordered my 2nd bottle. These work on African American hair so buy them!I have not been able to see any results with this product yet. I've been taking it for 2 months now. I will try another month to see if I see any results and if not, I will switch back to Manetabolism.

I am super excited about this. I have experienced extreme hair loss due to a medication that gave me serious side effects. I am trying everything at this point to get my hair back. I am only using the best, sulfate free shampoos and conditioners, not using heat to try and keep it healthy. I am also using some organic oils instead of silicone based products to help with my curly, frizzy hair that is left over. This product does contain soy...but it is the only hair vitamin that I had found at this price point that does not contain Vitamin A. I have to becareful and not take extra vitamin A as it gives me migraines, per my doctor. Most hair supplements have 100-200% Vitamin A...Well, not this one. The serving size is 2 tablets, so this is a one month supply. It is well worth the cost to me though, and I am already seeing the results. I am testing products for Amazon and received a discount to purchase this item to give my honest opinion. I only give good reviews to items that deserve it. I rely heavily on reviews when purchasing things online, so I know it is super important to be completely honest. These supplements do wonders for making hair thick and soft. My hair has never grown so quickly! I don't know that this would help with thinning hair, but it does help make your hair thicker and more full. Biotin is great for healthy nails and skin as well. A great supplement for anyone!

After using this product for about 3 weeks I have noticed a faster rate of growth in my hair. It does take a while before anything is noticed but it did eventually happen. I never really thought to compare basil hardness, but just pressing them against each other, they are very hard and durable.The pills have a very earthy taste to them and are somewhat large, but its no problem as they are still easy to swallow.

I have only been taking these for a few weeks but I am already noticing new hair growth so I think they are working. The one thing to be aware of is they are a pretty large pill and I think they stink. I just swallow them quick and get it over with - but if you have a sensitivity to odors you might want to be aware. I did receive them at a discount for a honest review.

I have defiantly noticed a difference in my skin, it's much clearer. My nails are growing faster and stronger as I have not broken as many. As far as hair loss, I suffer from Grave's Disease and so my hair takes a beating and is very thin. I do think it's grown longer but after just a month I'm not seeing it much thicker. I will keep taking these. I paid full price for these! I highly recommend.
