Poqswim Adult Size Swim Cap with PU Coat Can Fit Long Hair Swim Cap

This is amazing. It actually fits comfortably. It's still snug enough to protect my hair and keep my ears mostly dry, but not nearly as tight as the silicone style. It's pretty waterproof too, though not quite as a silicone cap, of course. It's perfect if you have a larger head, a lot of hair, or you hate that sensation that a vise is squeezing the eyeballs out of your head when you wear a silicone cap.I did NOT receive this at a discount in exchange for a review. I paid full price because I needed an alternative to the silicone cap, and I posted a review to hopefully help others in a similar situation.

I have a large 24" head. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this cap. The reviews for this seemed to indicate that it was larger than the others. When I first received the cap it was bigger than other caps I had tried on in stores, but still tight on my head. So, I decided to stretch the cap over a large metal mixing bowl. Over the course of several hours, I could feel the cap loosen and after about 4 hours, it fit fine. It stretched but it didn't seem to lose elasticity to keep it snug on my head. I went swimming with it and didn't get a head ache. The fit and feel of the product is very nice and I would recommend this cap.

Love this swim cap. I am allergic to the latex ones. This keeps my coconut oil on my hair while I swim laps and protects it from the chlorine. Instead of a big dried out mess I have soft shiny hair. It fits great - not too tight but just right!

Wow, Much better than I expected. I recently started swimming laps for exercise, however my (long) hair kept coming undone from its elastic holder and/or getting tangled in my swim goggle straps. Very annoying. I originally purchased a silicone cap, but it was too tight and uncomfortable. I purchased this swim cap not knowing what to expect, and I am so happy with it. Because it is lycra it is very comfortable and doesn't pull on hair. It's also roomy for long hair and/or a big head (both of which I suffer from), and yet it stays in place without needing constant adjusting. Over the course of a week this has made my swim workouts so much more efficient, as I no longer have to stop to adjust my hair/goggles. Highly recommended and very well made.

I wish I'd thought to try a lycra swim cap years ago. I'm a regular lap swimmer and every year or two have that "oh, crap" moment when I pull on my silicone cap and it rips and I have to get through my swim with the tatters flapping against my face and the cap trying to escape my head. OK, definitely a first-world problem, but this cap has some added advantages: it's very comfortable, doesn't pull my hair when it put it on, and I don't have to readjust it even once my entire swim. My head may be a little largish, as normally I have to pull a silicone cap down several times each swim. I have only been using it a few months, so don't know how long it will last or whether it will start growing mildew, but thus far I am a convert. Some reviewers mention that it doesn't keep their hair dry -- I don't expect a swim cap to keep my hair dry, and in fact I wet my hair down before I put it on, so I can't address that. Lots of similar options to choose from online, but this one seems to be well made (as was my previous silicone cap from the same manufacturer) and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

The coated interior makes it easy to slide on, doesn't pull my long hair. Downside is that like many Asian products, it is slightly small, so almost uncomfortably tight (my head circ is 22-1/2 in.) but I think I can tolerate it. If your head is bigger, look for one with sizing choices.

I tried two types of swim cap, this one made of Lycra with polyurethane coating and a silicone one. This swim cap is odorless and easy to pull on and take off even with my medium-long hair. This cap did not pull my hair like the silicone one did. The stitching looks well done appears to be quite strong. I expect it to last a long time. The biggest difference is that this cap has no nasty odor like the silicone cap did. My hat size is 6-7/8 (21.5" or 55cm). It should work for somewhat larger sizes, but probably would be too lose for smaller sizes. I will probably buy a second one in another color. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

just what i needed to keep long hair out of my face when swimming. hairs still gets damp and water gets in my ears but the best thing i have found so far for keeping my hair in place. i wear a small-medium size hat and this fits me. could be a bit smaller/tighter, but is fine.
