So far I love it, really freed up my counter space. Easy to assemble. Some of the pieces had some rough edges and we did have to bend one of the pieces to get it to fit but other than that it was straight forward and all pieces were present. I did measure my faucet and thought it wouldn't be too tall but it is a hair too tall and was hitting the bottom rack. Luckily the bottom footings can screw up and down to adjust the height a little. My sink also has a lip that was slightly greater than 34 inches so I had to put the right footings on the lip of the sink and the left footings on the counter and adust the hight of the screws on the feet to make it fit and be sturdy. All and all though, I am very happy with it 😊.

I have owned this product for over six months. This over the sink dish drying rack is an absolute game changer for doing the dishes. I use it for storage as well as drying the dishes, it eliminates two steps (drying and putting away the dishes) and also frees up cabinet space. I have two things I would like to change: 1. the space for plates is insufficient for American-sized plates, I had to assemble it so that the plates go on top. I might buy new, smaller plates in the future but I have had these plates for around 15 years and I like them very much. 2. The device to store the bowls is useless. I have to balance the bowls against each other. It's not a deal breaker for me, but that portion of the rack needs a redesign for American-sized bowls. I like the current size of bowl that I have. For reference my dishes are from Correlle - I have the dinner plates and the cereal bowls. I would buy this product again if it were redesigned, it's defects do not outweigh it's benefits so I am giving it five stars.

Some of the other reviews about this drying rack worried me quite a bit. I had seen reviews about the instructions being awful, the parts not fitting correctly and even reviews about completely missing parts or totally wrong measurements. I bit the bullet and ordered it anyways considering Amazon’s insanely useful return policy.First things first, I ordered this rack with several other items. Therefore the box came inside of another box with lots of airbag padding. This means my dish rack came completely undamaged and scratch free, unlike some other reviews.Secondly, the parts aren’t labeled, but the instructions are insanely easy to read. The sides are made up of two sections each. The bars that go across are two tubes each, which get screwed together and then secured to the sides.Third, the trays worried me for a moment because they sat awkwardly like some other reviews. BUT don’t fret. They’re meant to be kinda “popped” into place so they’re more secure. Just push them down and they’ll pop into place. They’re also interchangeable so you can have the completely flat ones on the middle area or you could have the basket ones on the middle area, it’s completely up to you.As for the side accessories, I saw some reviews who said they couldn’t use them because of cabinets. Clearly I have cabinets in the way as well if you look at the attached photo, just drop them to a lower bar and you’re good to go.The rack and the trays are super sturdy, but don’t expect to be able to fit 3 nights worth of dinner cookware on this rack - solely because of the lack of space. This rack is definitely meant to wash one day’s worth of dishes at a time for the average household; not multiple.

We live in an old house, and there isn't much counter-space (there also isn't a dishwasher). So, the intention of this purchase was to make sure that my counter is as uncluttered as possible. This does that well. There's decent capacity, but don't expect to get more than one pot or pan on the dryer at the same time, both because of the storage capacity and because the weight would be too much for it. The one annoyance I have with it is that some of the drips end up not in the sink but behind it. It just takes a quick wipe down to clear this, but it sure would be nice if everything dripped into the sink. The other thing is that there is no photo on the directions or the box, so if you can't remember what bracket is supposed to go where, you'll need to pull up the listing from Amazon as a reference while you're placing the panels. Overall, I'm happy with it, and I'm glad I purchased it. It's fairly sturdy (no tipping or anything like that, and it feels stable once put together), and it does what I wanted it to do.

We got this because I was so so tired of using up a whole half of my sink for a drying rack & also because we do not have a dishwasher & this would help us do more dishes at once.It arrived within a few days with amazon prime. My fiancé put it together in about 10 minutes. He said it was pretty easy to put together and all pieces were there. You can choose to have one tier or two tiers. We chose two as that’s why I bought this one! I made sure to measure the length of my sink before purchasing and it does fit perfectly. It will fit most if not all dishes used for a single meal and then some. We have 3 young children who go through bowls, cups, utensils, etc. many times throughout the day and this is great for those! The dishes fit nicely on the shelves and water drips directly into the sink. The holder for the utensils is small but definitely not a reason not to purchase as it still does the job! I love that it has a spot for my dish soap & hand soap at the bottom! Overall, this is a great purchase. I got a lot of compliments once I put it up and I enjoy having both side of my sink back! The price is the best you will find as well! Highly recommend!

I love this rack! It saves so much space on my very limited counter space and sink area. It also holds more than a traditional in the sink dry rack. It seems very sturdy and can handle the weight of my old large ceramic mixing bowls with various other dishes. My 17 yr old son put it together once it arrived so installation can not be that difficult. Overall in my opinion it is worth the price and does the job well.
