its expensive and has a slight offensive odor at least to me, but does the trick asap. I get ocular rosacia once in a blue moon and its awful, this helps right away. Its heavy for my face so I only use it at night. recently I had a bad outbreak of some rash on my shins and this was the only thing that relieved the itch and calmed the swell.

This is the only thing that has worked for me for the past 15+ years besides the steroid cream some of these North American "doctors" love to prescribe. I read some of comments that made me laugh. Smells like sulphur lmao. If you have an incurable skin disease that hurts like someone put a lighter to your face and you don't want to use this cream because it smells funny - you may be a masochist.To me this is the best smelling product in the world, because it immediately stops pain. You learn to love it for it's 100% consistency. Peace

I have rosacea. I tried this because my daughter had excellent results with this brands acne products. After using it for about two weeks, I noticed my skin was very very dry. and honestly, redness was not better.

It made a real impact on rosacea. Yes, the first ingredient listed is sulfur so there will be some level of sulfurous odor. Try using it at bedtime - when you are ready to sleep. Definitely don't want to be part of any amorous activity. 😉

It’s the best thing that has ever happen to me. Ever since giving birth to my first daughter I had Rosecea. This product smoothed our my skin, took away the redness and gave me back my face! I took a chance with it not knowing whether or was good or not. It’s worked for me and I have extremely sensitive skin and it does not burn and takes away the redness, itching and inflammation.

I just received this and tried it immediately. Sadly, I don't think I'm going to again. Omg, the odor is awful and overwhelming...seriously awful. It is also incredibly thick which exasperated my redness trying to rub it in. Nope can't recommend it. Now to each his/her preference. Mine absolutely NO.
