Excellent. I’ve built woodsheds before from the ground up. I bought these to hold a small amount of wood on the porch - close to the door - for easy access on the cold winter nights.These are very strong metal supports (others sell plastic - so beware!)I used 8’ long 2x4s along the base. They slide in easy. (I’m not sure why some reviews are complaining they are not a tight fit. You wouldn’t want that with the way lumber varies and swells.)Once you add a couple of good #8 wood screws they are very sturdy.Best thing, in the spring it’ll come easily apart for storage and we won’t have to carry anything big and bulky.

This is a great set of brackets. In less than 2 min. I used 6 pieces of scrap 2x4s, not the same length, and made a 4ft wood rack inside near my wood stove. It holds 3-5 days worth of wood. After 5 months they have held up perfectly. I will order these again for additional storage on the porch.

I used these brackets as the base for a roofed wood pile. The brackets form a nice stable base for whatever sized wood pile you need. I used 8' PT 2x4's but could have gone longer. The roof was framed up and built using a couple of additional 2x4's and some 8' lengths of cedar fencing. I live in Oregon so I wanted something protected from the rain, but even without the roof the brackets should be fine and rigid enough for a 4'-5' high wood pile.

This thing is great. Solid strong and stable. I painted the whole thing the same as my deck so it’s not even noticeable- it just looks like stacked firewood. It’s way better than the cheap metal frame I previously used.

Use with pressure treated wood to prevent rot and extend longevity. It has held up so far after 3 months without any issues.
