FITODO Resistance Band Strength Exercise Workouts PRO with Door Anchor/Ankle Straps/Handles/Carry Bag/Instruction Book for Total Body Exercise

I bought these to replace a different set also purchased from Amazon that ended up being very unsafe when one of the bands snapped mid-use. Hopefully these will fair better! First impression is the handles and straps are good quality with good padding and metal fixtures, the clamps for attaching the handles to the bands are giant heavy metal things that are very sturdy. I was slightly disappointed to see the ends of the bands are made of hard plastic and not metal like the other fittings, this doesn't make a great deal of sense to me- why have metal clips on the handles and plastic on the bands? That said, they seem sturdy enough and the way the bands themselves attach to the ends feels sturdy and not likely to snap as my previous set. The set appears to be good value for money and I've started using them straight away- so far so good!

The bands are far to long to give serious resistance and we would think that regular use with the (door attachment) would start to give problems to the door hinges.Sorry we we can’t recommend this package

Awesome buy for the money the bands themselves are very durable and great for muscle building/strength gaining, the handles that attach by a very stable karabiner is great and can fit all band anchors in total inside it, along with the door anchors being well fit for purpose also the wrap you can attach to anything you can wrap around, you can fit 3 bands in total through the metal ring, but with the bag and 100+ exercises you can do personally it was perfect for what I wanted it for and we'll worth the money!!

I was a bit doubtfully about this product but I have to say that's perfect for my training at home. It's really easy to use and the accessories are a perfect complement.

Bought it for my husband. He says it's ok. For beginners. Had to buy it for him as his leg is fractured so he can not do any excersize.

I go to the gym 3 times a week and wanted something I could in between.Very good bands highly recommend

This was a present for a 87 year old man in the main very pleased the only thing was the booklet showing the exercises was poor quality and all crumpled but the content was still good.
