Beautiful, slightly small
Beautiful design. Color choices fantastic.Very functional. When pouring, even when completely full, it pours properly without the frustrating drips of other pots. The infuser works well and of course we use tea bags without the infuser. And while we chose this for the smaller size, it is listed as 18 fl oz. We have found it to be an exact 16 fluid ounces. which is just right for two small cups of tea. We would have preferred slightly larger. At least 500 ml if not pushing 600 ml (20 oz).Other then ever so slightly small, it has been perfect for our two cups of morning tea.

Simple, Perfect.
I have to be honest, ive used this item in the past... I first encountered it at a cafe in Cambridge... you could tell by the wear it had be through hundreds of uses, dropped, run through a commercial conveyor washer, etc. It was small, simple and easy to control. The current version is no different. I don't recall the older ones having a plastic handle in the filter, but perhaps it simply broke off after its thousandth use? This particular item is simple and sturdy... It will both last for years to come and come out the other end still looking good. You don't have to hold the lid down when you pour--which is a huge thing for me having a minor form of cerebral palsy--though if you're nervous you can apply counter pressure to the stainless steel tab... It can fill a normal 280ml (6oz) cup 3 times... Allowing me to drink my morning tea with milk, without tainting anything more than my own cup... The lid does not come off, but thats ok with me... it can be cleaned with a basic sink brush and some mild cleaner (vinegar) or abrasive (baking soda). Another interesting thing in my opinion is that the filter just happens to fit well in my daughter's old sippy cup, with a lid (The First Years Take & Toss Spill-Proof Sippy Cups, 10 Ounce, 4 Count)... allowing me to stop the steep on something i can use multiple times while also protecting it from spills, dust, cats, etc. The benefit to that is after you dump out the bulk of the leaves, the cup is then almost a perfect vessel to fill with water, shake and pour out the couple of remaining that stick to the filter. My favorite benefit though is that they stack. The bottom raised ring on the vessel fits on top of the lid of another, allowing you to safely store a couple, while taking up a minimum of space.. Very nice for the times when my wife and i would like to share tea time, while also drinking the kind we each prefer.

Best little teapot ever
Pours perfectly every time; a good size for one huge mug of morning tea or two dainty afternoon cups; dishwasher safe, although a quick hot water rinse is generally all I do; and indestructible (well, operator-error aside… my original Forlife survived 10+ years of daily use until I dinged the spout while performing said hot water rinse - and other than that little chip it still looks as good as my new one). A joy to use!

Adorable!
I so love this teapot! When it arrived, the box was so small I had to remind myself that it holds 18 ounces, and it does. It's quite broad at the base, so no chance of tipping, very stable. It's asthectically pleasing, love the top and that it's stackable, because I know I will purchase other colors. It's a totally NO DRIP spout, I'm enjoying the attached lid which flips up and stays, with a flick of the thumb. I only wash these gems by hand, no dishwasher here. The For Life steeper is, as always, AMAZING! I got the mandarin color to match the steeper cup and it's just a happy color. This size is perfect as I'm usually the only one drinking tea, rarely do I make tea for a second person. I would rather order a couple more of these so when someone comes over, they have their own little teapot and steep whatever tea they like, be it green, black, oolong or herbal tea, and I can have what I want instead of making the tea around the guest. Also, some people like more sugar, no sugar, lemon, or milk in their tea and that way they can personalize the whole pot to suit themselves. Also, what a lovely gift for someone special who loves tea, whether for the holidays, birthday, or as a housewarming gift, box it up with their favorite tea, some rock sugar and a'tea' spoon.Sometimes I like to just use teabags, and I may use it with the infuser so I don't have to 'fish' it out, but if I only want 1 cup of tea, I will just put the teabag into the bottom of the pot and slowly pour water over it, then use my mini teacups. My stump teapot is so much more than just drinking tea, it gives me time each day to relax, slow down, and just savor the simple things, a welcome stall in this fast paced world, whether that takes place in the morning before starting my day, or as a relaxing ritual at days end, it's all around, PERFECT!

Great no-fuss teapot for daily drinking!
This is a great no-fuss little teapot. It's cute and colorful (I chose Mandarin) but is also sturdy and easy to use and clean. I thought the lid being attached might be a nuisance, but I actually love it because it's so easy to just flip it down after steeping and I don't have to worry about holding it in place while pouring my tea as I do with some other pots. The handle gives plenty of room to carry the pot without burning my hand, and the flatter top portion makes a nice spot to place my thumb for stability. I find the spout does have the capacity to dribble a bit, but I simply brush it against the rim of my cup once I'm done pouring and have no problem with drips.I will add that I don't use the infuser that comes with the teapot, I use a small size Finum brew basket because the mesh is finer and I find that metal baskets are difficult to empty immediately because they become too hot. So I can't vouch for the quality of the interior metal infuser.I also purchased the ForLife Q tea cups (7 oz.) and they are a great companion to the pot!
