This actually works fairly well for the price range
This actually works fairly well for the price range. The 3 trays are of acceptable quality. I haven't used the slicer thing & I highly doubt I'll ever use it --- since I'm accident prone whenever I touch anything that is sharp --- but it does come with a hand guard for those who are interested. I used this to make apples, blueberries, strawberries, blueberries & pineapple "chips" for my pets. I worked well for everything except for the pineapple but I knew the pineapple was a long shot anyway. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are only 3 dehydrator sheets in the box and trying to find new ones has been a pain (for me). Overall, I recommend.P.S. I plan to purchase a second set to use for making jerky!

I would not recommend this to anyone. Very poor quality. very cheap. I received it on the 31st, delivery was estimated the 26th.I immediately opened it and tried to dry potatoes. when I put the top piece of the slicer into the potato two of the prongs broke off. slices were not even, torn and jagged.I will be returning the item. In all my years of ordering from amazon I never returned anything.
