When this came there was a sheet with instructions to get a gift card from $10 to $20. This is if you give the product a 5 star rating. I sent it back because I can not trust the rating due to this.

This device is nice and is fairly accurate if you listen to the directions. I’ve double checked with standard cuffs and stethoscope with favorable results. Very reliable and great for first readings and as backup.

My family doctor recommended that I start monitoring my blood pressure twice a day due to a few high readings. I immediately came home from his office, spent several hours researching monitors, and ended up ordering a BP monitor - arm cuff style. I used this for several weeks, and kept getting all of these error and arrhythmia messages. Of course, this made my blood pressure even worse each time I checked it, as I was scared that something was wrong.So, when my husband went to our family doctor, about two weeks later, he mentioned the issue I was having. I was truly upset, thinking that something was physically wrong with me, and I am not yet 40. Our doctor told me to order a wrist cuff, as he thought that I might be having issues with actually getting the wrap placed around my upper arm correctly, thus causing the error/arrythmia alerts. After paying more attention -- he was right. The way the cuffs are made, I could never get it to fit correctly on my upper arm without having a large gap somewhere.Based on his advice, I spent a few more hours reading online about wrist BP monitors. I would read reviews and read reviews, but everything was so mixed. People would talk about the variations in results and inaccuracies because of the style. So, I just decided to give the Blood Pressure Monitor, Automatic BP Monitor Irregular Heart Beat Detection Cuff with Large Display Screen Support Charging Supply for Home Use a try since it had higher customer reviews.Well...let me say that I am GLAD I did. First, this monitor is so very SIMPLE! Yes. It takes me less than 15 seconds to have it on my wrist CORRECTLY and ready to begin measuring. It gives results FAST! It has 3 simple buttons and the screen is easy to read. Most importantly though, I have been impressed with how accurately it reads. It is within just a few points of my manual readings. The one thing that I have to remember though is to keep my arm up at heart level (note to self!).I am glad that I purchased this unit. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Of course, I would also encourage you to take it with you to your doctor's office and test it against their machine to double check for accuracy....just to be certain!

With COVID-19 pushing more and more things online, my doctor's office is trying to do as many appointments as possible as virtual appointments. While super convenient, they ask if you have taken your blood pressure and my answer was "how can I?" Then it clicked, if they have the wrist cuff blood pressure monitors at the office why can't I have one at home?I found this model on Amazon and it looks very similar to the one used in my doctor's office. Off the reviews, I purchased and it arrived within 2 days. The BP monitor comes with a small, white plastic case for storing it, as well as a USB charging cable and instruction manual. The instructions are easy to follow, with both written and visual instructions. Was able to take my blood pressure with no issues. It also allows you to track up to two individuals blood pressure measurements over time. You need to make sure that you are on the correct "user" when taking the blood pressure by changing the setting with the "S" setup button. Super easy!Overall very happy with this purchase and hope to use it for as many more virtual appointments as needed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Easy to set up out of the box, seemingly accurate readings as I compared it with another monitor and I particularly like the voice guided assistance and readings. Comes with a storage case and is rechargeable, so great that there are not batteries required.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  ProsIt is accurate once we figured it out. It needs to be 2 fingers or a thumb width below the wrist. About as a thick as a watchband. If it's worn too tight, it won't be accurate. So don't pull it tight. Just light and comfortable. A pinky finger should be slide into it easily.We measured it against our arm cuff and it was off by 3 points. So pretty close.Easy to pack and travel with.It talks.ConsWe had difficulty following the instructions given with it. We had to look it up on youtube -wrist blood pressure cuff- to get it to work correctly.We can't figure out how to turn the talking off.P.S. In the video, hubby just finished the treadmill so it was really high. Don't worry, it's not usually that bad. haha

This little BP monitor is great. Wrap it around your wrist, hit the power button, wait about 20 seconds and you got your Blood pressure. It has been very accurate for me.You might read some reviews saying it's highly inaccurate. That's likely because they aren't using it properly; make sure you have the device on the inside of your wrist (the opposite way you would wear a watch), just like in my attached photo. If you dont do that, your results will be VERY high. Also make sure you have your wrist at rest and at heart level.

I received my new blood pressure monitor today only 24 hours after I ordered it.It is the best monitor that I have owned so far it even talks to you. All of the previous ones that I have owned used batteries so you were always replacing them now this one comes with a USB plug in and all I have to do is plug it in and it charges it and no more batteries. Awesome product and only $29.00 I was paying around $95.00 for my previous ones .What a great deal.Thanks Amazon

I always have problems with upper arm cuffs so this was perfect. Fits perfectly around the wrist. Easy to read, quick and hassle free. The only suggestion I would make (if it isn't already a feature and I missed it) is to have a volume feature. I like that it speaks to me but I find it is a bit loud, especially with your spouse sleeping in the other room. My doctors will be very happy that I finally got one to keep better track of my blood pressure. I will likely update when I see the Dr next to see how accurate it really is :)
