Hit the marks
Gifted to a bodyboarder with a travel bug. Let's you know about lesser known spots, considerations about what to bring. He reads bodyboarding magazines, follows websites, this book still left him with surprises and new places to research

Comprehensive!
Although I am a surfer, I was given this book as a present. I am really impressed with it. Although the recommended spots and their waves tend to suit bodyboarders better (as one would expect) there is a degree of overlap and I'm sure many surfers would also find the book a fascinating read. The book is packed with recommended destinations and reviews of these locations as well as need to know facts- the time of year to visit to ensure excellent rides, if the locals are territorial, what the climate will be like etc. There is also tons of advice to ensure your experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible- how to plan the ideal trip, what to take and even how to have a successful time away when constrained by a limited budget. Beautiful and inspirational photos tie the whole read together and certainly nurtured the urge within me to explore the world with my board as soon as I can.The Bodyboard Travel Guide serves as a wonderful travelling companion for any inquisitive booger and should be seen as a superb checklist of bodyboarding Meccas- how many can you experience in your lifetime? There is a limited amount of advice for first timers but to be honest, why would you plan a bodyboarding trip unless you had established you enjoyed the sport first? If you've already caught the bug though- this book is for you!4 stars just 'cos I'm a surfer!

great book written by boarders for boarders
the bodyboard travel guide has it all. loads of information, great pictures, easy read and intelligent layout. the book is full with spots all around the world, describing not only the typology of the wave by text and picture, but also giving useful information as best saison, travel tips, boogvibes or traveller tales to give the reader the best idea of the spot in and out of the water. it also dedicates some pages to things as first aid , boarders hardware, fotography and budget. or would you know how to treat fin rubs when you get them on a trip in the tropics? conclusion: great literature written by boarders for boarders! after reading the bodyboarder guide you just want to pack your stuff and go bodyboarding!

review by Mitch JaMes
Okay this review is gonna be written by my bro Mitch who is a fanaticle booger....At last theres a super cool book about bbing!!! The photos in this book are so good!! Us boogers used to have mags to read but now there all gone. So its cool to find a book about places to travel and all the info you need. Eddie my bro surfs and he has surf books like the stormrider but it has no photos of boogers....plus half the waves are fat points which totaly suck for us boogers!! So if your a booger get this book and get stoked. Peace and out!! Mitch J

Flojo
Un poco flojo, al intentar hablar de todos no se centra en ninguna costa específica y sólo da pinceladas básicas de los principales spots
