Engraved Mini Rolling Pin with Pattern for Embossed Cookies (FOLK ROOSTER)

I am so pleased with the rolling pins I have received from Stodola. They are deeply imprinted and of excellent quality. Make sure your dough is thin and very cold and your results will make you happy. Test different recipes. My favorite right now is a good ginger snap recipe.

I bought this item for making sugar cookies. It arrived promptly and looks just as advertised. I haven't used it yet, so I can't comment on how well it works yet.

It was hard to keep the dough from sticking In crevices and tearing the cookie apart.
