The pretty part of the bracelet is on show, the message panel sits on the inside of my wrist. I've worn it everyday for 6 months and it doesn't get in the way. A really lovely way of wearing important medical information and ensuring peace of mind. The engraving is clear, I was able to put in a lot of information , there has been no discolouration to the engraving. The links are strong and glass pieces whilst raised, don't get in the way of clothes or gloves. I really love it.
