We have several sets of solar lights. We put these up in our yard. We noticed first few nights, they didn't stay lit as long as the others. We thought about sending them back.Then a huge windstorm happened (50-60 mph). These lights stopped working. Upon inspection, the main cord separated from the solar panel. Keep in mind, we have 10 others that are still working.Hubby is going to try to fix them. They weren't that expensive. If he can't fix, we may just have to buy some more.I think this was just a bad situation due to wind. Don't think we had the solar panel just right for charging. Just the way things happened .

So I was a little taken back when these came and they were "fairy lights" on the thin tiny wire. BUT I am glad now as they work so great as a lower color addition to my Halloween set up. They lights modes are a nice variation and the bulb brightness is good. The wire is normal wire not super skinny like most "fairy lights" so note that for these purple ones. So far so good and the solar panel is super easy I have been moving mine to follow the sun as needed but it charges fast.

I am going to say the obvious. You need sunshine in order for these to work. When we have a sunny day, they are awesome. They shine bright, and mostly all night long. If you have a rain or clouds for half a day, they will come "on" but may not stay lit all night. If you have a second day of rain or clouds, they might come on for about an hour, maybe. So in a nut shell, if you have more than half a day without sunshine, your lights might not be satisfactory. otherwise I love them. I replaced this with plug-ins for on my house. I use the solar lights for 2 little dragon palms in the front near the road. They get 90% sun at that location. The rest of my lights are either plug-ins or battery. I probably would not buy anymore solar powered lights, nor do I recommend them.

I ordered these just before Halloween. I love them! The fact that they are solar powered... need no plugs... is awesome! I had them along my Front porch/walkway (along with my giant spiders I ordered for Halloween). ... I do notice that the solar power last longer if you leave it on solid, rather than flashing or chasing... but still such a great option to have. I now have them on my bushes in the middle of my yard for Christmas. Again.. no plugs and cords! Love the purple color! Excellent 3-d touch to my Xmas design! Nothing but questions and positive feedback from my neighbors!!! Definitely recommend and will order more!!!!

It is amazing the amount of light these put out. I strung them up around the patio frame and they really give it a nice ambiance. The lights so far are lasting all night long which is amazing. Make sure you have the solar panel pointed to get the most sun light. They have been getting a charge even on cloudy days. Set it and forget it.

I ordered purple and I got 2 strings of multi color, I don't want to go to the hassle of sending them back so will use them but was so disappointed. I had purple fairy lights before and I loved them. Otherwise, the function of blinking or solid is cool. I have only had them one day so can't give much else.

I loved these when I first got them. They were so bright and awesome and looked great in my Halloween display. I bought two sets One quit working within a few days and.nowmthe other kit quit working a week later. Highly disappointed!!

These lights are magical looking when on. They work great even after cloudy days. I wrapped them around my small patio fence and they look like little fairy lights when they switch on at night. East to install. The solar panel was easy to set-up. I love the different twinkling options or steady on. Very pretty! I also ordered the blue and will order other colors.

I bought these to replace what I thought was an identical string. Amazon no longer carries the same lights I had before so I decided to try these ones. I still have one of the "old" working light strings installed. I installed the new string next to it. When all the lights came on at night I immediately noticed the difference between old and new. The lights on the new string are at least a foot apart compared to 6 inches on the old string. The lights on the new string are also smaller and noticeably dimmer. They are barely noticeable even from 10 feet away, and I bought them for a 16th floor balcony railing. My old lights are visible from the ground. Next time I will pay more careful attention to the distance between the lights as well as the size of the lights. Buyer beware!

I had to Return them as after being charged all day they only worked for one hour at night.

Inconsistent. Last only 2-3 hours. And if you have traffic light around the area it wont turn on at night. It doesnt charge enough thru the daySo much headache and it is not worth to keep so i return them

I like the picture but I have not had the time to set them up yet...
