We all hope we will live forever but just in case, this book provides detailed, step by step instructions for those we leave behind. This book makes it easy for family members to locate all the important documents, papers, insurance policies, etc. they'll need without the hassle. I definitely recommend for everyone.

All the important data, people to contact, account numbers, funeral plans, letters to family, and so on. More pages than I will ever need. More than I figure most people would need.

My husband bought this book for me at my request. The more I go through this the more i didn’t realize would be stressful on a grieving person. Only suggestion I have, there is a big section for pets info, likes, dislikes, etc... I wish there was the same sort of section for kids. You could assume this is for the elderly, but my dad died young. I would love to be able to give the same insight for my kids/teens. There is a spot in the back for extra notes, but this seems pretty important to me.

This is an awesome item to buy for anyone so they can put what they want in writing. It's hard when someone passes away and there is no information on what they wanted or where policies or banking information is.

This planner does covers important topics for handling the affairs when someone passes away. My issue with the book is the format. The lines to write on are comprised of small dots and are very distracting to the eyes. The text does not stand out and blurs in with the dots.

Seriously, every adult needs this book! In addition to the difficult conversation we all have to have with our loved ones, this book is a must. It's a great place to write down the answers to the questions no one wants to ask. Plenty of room to write down your wishes. Not only the wishes surrounding your after-life services but all the answers I wish I'd known to ask before several family members passed. Where is the life insurance policy? Did you cash in that policy to buy the house? Where are the safety deposit keys? Where is the safety deposit box? Who do you want to take your plants/pets/books/movies/shoes/bobblehead collection?Yes, a lot of this stuff can be covered in a will. But this is much easier updated. And there are things here that aren't going to be covered in your average will. What kind of service do you want? Somber/sorrowful or music/laughter filled? What songs do you want playing? Poems? Verses? Pictures?This book covers everything!

I have had two separate, very recent, deaths in my family and in the aftermath of both there were so many questions about the deceased person's wishes, the location of important documents, and so much more. Having gone through that and in light of the fact that I live far from family, I wanted to make things easier for them if I die unexpectedly.This book doesn't leave out anything important. From banking info, computer, email and social media passwords, who you want to get what of your personal property, info on your pets, what you would like said at a funeral or memorial service, how you would like your obituary to read, and so much more. Just about everything has been thought of in this book. You can even specify who is NOT to have any info shared with them.It's a book you hope won't be needed any time soon but should buy and fill out NOW. Just in case. In fact, buy one for your family members or as a gift for anyone who you might know who has no family.

As a funeral director (and someone who enjoys planning for emergencies - just in case) I highly recommend this planning guide.From other planning guides both purchased and seen, this by far covers the widest range of things - including firearms and the ability to leave a sweet message at the end for those you love.The only thing I would change is I wish it was spiral bound for easier writing.This is a product that can help offer peace of mind in this crazy world of what if, absolutely great!
