Open jm10 box.
Usb not recognised on tv. And also box was open inside an amazon sealed carton. Just received and 3rd pair of wire set missing. I connected with the charging cable but nothing worked in any of my gadgets. TV, tab, Mobile. So returned, thought the next one would work, but what was received yesterday too had one more charging wire missing. So returned the gadget and the audio cable. Both Amazon packed orders had the gadget package carton open. The small packet was losely packed.

It did not have 1set of cable..and it is not stereo as claimed in the spec..one channel does not work..
