The media could not be loaded. So if you’ve used a swifter wet jet, it’s the same thing mostly. Except you make your own liquid, it’s rechargeable, and it’s way way better at scrubbing and cleaning. You can see it in action on the video. It comes in just a few pieces, it takes literally seconds to put together without even reading the directions. It’s pretty light weight as well.Pros:1. It has two sets of mop pads that are machine washable and it has a rechargeable battery. This gives it next to no long term operating cost.2. It has to scrubber pads for tough stains, I wouldn’t use on wood.3. You can use your own mop water mix, I use pine sol and it works well.4. The spray goes out in a significantly wide cone pattern, really good coverage and I think beats out both my swifter wetjet, and my other wet mop I have reviewed here previously.Cons:1. I think it holds significantly less liquid than what a swifter would since the water tank is built into the button of the machine which houses the motor and all the moving parts. So you’ll have to refill it more often. Refilling also is less convenient than just slapping on a new bottle like a swifter. But again, this mop will me MUCH cheaper over time for that same reason.2. It’s wide so it wont get into tight spaces too well. But it does spray well, so you could easily spray it into the corners and such and use a dry duster mop to get get the hard to reach spots.3. Because it’s constantly moving, there is noise. Especially on high. Which could make it inconvenient to use at certain times.

Received last night, put together today. I might add, really easy put together. Also came with enough charge to "mop" my kitchen floor. Must say, worked splendidly. My floors look good and I didn't have to break my back to get it that way. Which, by-the-way, is the whole reason for buying it. Those with back issues, I HIGHLY recommend this produce. So, why FOUR stars? I believe it could have a larger water tank. I had to refill it twice. Is that enough to stop me from using the product or returning it? Heavens NO!

I have used the cordless spin mop on my hardwood and tile floors. I was a little concerned that the water tank was too small. However a little bit of water goes a long way. I used the soft pads on my wood floors. It had no issues cleaning up what ever was dried onto the kitchen floor. We have 2 what we call Carolina rooms and the windows are always open so they get dirty often. The scoring pads on my tile cleaned up the dirt perfectly. I love that the pads are washable. The pads washed fine in the washer. I did not put them in the dryer. I haven't run it long enough for the battery to die so I cant confirm run time but I was able to comfortably clean 2500sqft of floors. Overall it works great, isn't too heavy and slides across the floors with ease.

This is a handy little thing. Nice for quick use, as well larger cleaning. I have 2 small issues with this product. The cleaner reservoir is tiny. You need to refill a few times when doing a large area. Not a huge problem. If it were bigger then I probably would complain about how heavy or bulky it is. The other issue is I will it would come with 2 sets of the blue cleaner pads. One set in the wash while the other set can be in use for the quick clean ups.I have found a link in the sellers description. I will order a 2nd set.Otherwise, I would recommend this to friends.

UPDATE:Stopped workingI hate to clean. I have hardwood floors throughout the main level of the house. Not a good combination. I bought this because I liked the buffing motion of the pads, and thought it would clean well. I was right! Bissell, you have outdone yourself! The machine is so quiet it didn't scare the dogs.The pad motion is gentle on the floor, but the buffing motion really cleans. The machine wants to move on it's own pattern, due to the movement of the pads, but it's not hard to control. I washed the floors first with the grocery store spray/wet mop and pad, and still both pads on the Bissell turned gray with dirt. This would be excellent for senior citizens who need an easy way to keep their floors clean!

My husband wanted to refinish the floors, but I really wasn’t looking forward to all of that work.. so I decided to invest in this after reading the reviews. It is much bigger than I expected! But the results are magical. This has to be the best floor care appliance I have ever owned!This machine gives you results you would expect from a professional cleaning service! My hardwood floor hasn’t looked this good in years!!

My mom loved her Christmas gift as she wanted an electric mop for a while now! This one works great and looks elegant and was easy easy to assemble and put together. The spinning pads scrub the floors for a very thorough deep cleaning. We have tile on the floor and mopping was easy as this can glide over the tile with little effort so it doesn’t hurt my shoulder like my other mop. The tank can handle adding a mild detergent and/or essential oils so your house can smell great and you can get some aroma therapy while cleaning. Very happy with the purchase!

My oak floors came out beautifully clean although i had to do them twice because of cleaner build up. But from here on it should be super simple with maintenance. Oak floors look amazing using the soft pads, the only negative, the scouring pads are great for tile floors but it does not get into the grout. They are too flat and just really scrub the surface, leaving the water in the grout. Maybe they can come up with a pad that has little nubs or something that can scrub the grout lines too?
