I like the portability of this light, but other than that it's just okay, not great. It uses 3 AA batteries which is already a bit inconvenient, and it burns through them reaaaally fast. It does look like there's an option to use it in a wired connection, but that involves buying additional things and it isn't clear what you would need.Even with these batteries that you have to replace pretty often, the light just isn't that bright. You would need many of them to light up a subject, and at that point you're going through so many batteries and such that it's better to just buy one big rechargeable light.It's an okay light overall, but I think you're better off spending a bit more and getting a nicer one.

First unit I ordered did not work out of the box. I requested a replacement / return, and of course Amazon was quick and easy on this. Second unit arrived... Also did not work. Getting a refund. Don't waste your money.

I ordered one and it wouldn't turn on at all so I returned and got a replacement waited another week and that one also would not turn on. not much to judge other then the horrible quality control and huge waste of time. I would not reccomend this brand at all.

A button was missing when I got it. I noticed it too late to return. I never got to use it.

Precisely what I required for my camcorder. Rechargeable and stackable. Excellent price point.

Worst product I had ever purchased in Amazon. I bought this for my trip to Asia. As soon as I opened the box and placed the batteries, the item just didnt work. This is a defective product right from the box. So don't waste your time and look around somewhere else to buy this LED light.
