Comes with the flange, o-ring, and even a bit of teflon tape. Threads were good condition and it locked tight right when the arm was straight up and down. Just what you need when the shower head is chest high.

I am pleased with this extension. It was easy to install and is working well. The finish perfectly matches all the other fixtures in my bathroom. I only wish that I could have kept the original flange (also pictured) so the design would match as well. The threaded part of the extension fits through it but not the pipe. I thought of boring out the original flange, and I might still try that at a later date.

This kit came well packaged and had everything needed for a seamless install. Extended the rain shower head out from the wall, much better functionality. Recommended!

Very simple way to turn your shower head into a rain shower. Only wish they had more colors like bronze or brushed nickel.

Nice for the price! Not very heavy but does the job

We broke the old shower head when trying to adjust the water stream, and found out that the pipe to connect to the shower head was finished also, full of calcium and other stuff. So we ordered this one (16 inches), longer than the old one (12 inches), which allows us to not stand so close to the wall when showering.I was a bit worried that it would be a little heavy, but it's just fine, does not sag, see the picture. When installing, make sure you use plenty of the Teflon tape (supplied) to prevent leaks. I did not use enough the first time, and had to redo it, there was plenty of tape left to redo it. Very satisfied with this, and the shower head also, bought at the same time, see link below. The item arrived later thanks to the Royal Mail strikes, too late to be installed unfortunately. However, I was impressed with the item itself , which was of excellent quality and exactly as described. Responses following contact with the seller were prompt, polite and very helpful. Really couldn't have asked for more from either the product or the after sales service. No hesitation in recommending either the product, or the seller.
