Great quality, and I love the storage box. Bought another for my sister for ChristmasEDITED TO ADD: I liked the first one I bought so much that I ordered another to give as a gift. I was not as impressed with the second order, as the frame of the felt board was coming apart and we had to use wood glue to get it back together. Another thing I noticed with *both* orders is that the scissors' spring mechanism stopped working about a quarter of the way through cutting all of the letters and symbols- and there is a lot to cut! They still worked but you had to re-open the scissors with every. single. cut. Quite tedious and hard on your fingers.Hope this helps someone out!

I was very disappointed with this purchase. First, I ordered the vintage frame, but received the light wood frame with letter storage box. Second, the frame itself falls apart upon removal from the bubble wrap. Is glue not a thing in China? I'm going to keep it since I already spent the time cutting all the letters out and trying to exchange it would be a gamble at best. I plan to glue it together and take it to work for fun. I hope to find another letter board, from another company obviously, of better quality that matches my decor.

Ordered the rustic and grey one and received the wood with black, which I guess is fine. But the frame around the board was broken and needed to be glued. But it did come with a ton of letters and symbols and the storage box is super nice for keeping it organized.

One day in it fell apart. To be 100% honest it doesn’t look like what I ordered but perhaps I selected a different color wood in the drop down than the preview ??Either way, broke literally by touching it. Then the next side broke the next day, just by picking it up gingerly.disappointing because this was not the cheaper of the options I looked at.

Nice quality. The rustic frame is perfect for my Fall decor. Delivery was fast as well.

I was kind of hesitant about ordering one of these online, but the pictures are identical to what you purchase and good size for the price. Lots of letters and sayings as well.

Used it for my daughters 1st day of school photos - perfect color.
