Awesome! I would give it 5 stars but I basically can only use 1 band. The small is way to small for any adult, the medium fits like a small & the large is too big to use. So basically I can really only use one band but they are durable, they do slide up a little at times but the don’t scrunch up.The resistance could be a bit less & rather than small, medium, large they should be heavy, medium & light. They should be about the resistance not the size. The color is beautiful gets dirty quickly.If I had paid more money I would’ve given 3 stars but for the price I paid I’m happy with using only 1 band.

I got these to use with my trainer and they work great. They really give me the resistance I need for my workout. I am also happy that they came in a pack of 3 different sizes.

I have naturally thicker thighs so I was always wary of using bands for my workouts because I felt like they weren't strong enough for me. I've had these bands for about a week and man! I am impressed by how strong these are! So far I've only been able to use the purple and pink band because I am no strong enough for the green one just yet. If I ever needed to replace the ones I have now, I would most definitely order from this company.
