Kept my 5 year old & 2 year old busy
I usually like to purchase some novel toys to bring on trips to keep my kids engaged on plane rides & at dinner time. This Melissa & Doug felt craft activity set kept my five year old and 2 year old happy for a long span of time! There are many different animals that you can create with the different felt pieces. I will say that my 2 year old needed some assistance from me to peel off the back sticker; however, my five year old was fully independent when using this product. This is a one-use product (once the crafts are made, you cannot reuse them). I would highly recommend this activity set if you would like to keep your child engaged for more than 5 minutes!

FUN CRAFT KEEPS THEM BUSY
This is actually the 2nd time I buy this craft for my kids! I've also gifted. My 4 year old mixes and matches the felt pieces with the help of the examples in the accompanying booklet - he did this piece by himself. He loves drawing and the kit comes with a few "scenes" for you to stick on your felt creation.

Fun, a Bit Tricky
I bought this for my 3 and 7 year old grandchildren. The 7 year old had a blast and with some direction the 3 year old could make a couple things. PRO: Small and has a container so all pieces can be kept together, Cute little projects CON: Many of the pieces are very small and hard to manage, especially very small pieces are difficult to peel the backing off. All in all it was inexpensive and with my help we had an hour of two kids playing together without fighting. HA! :-)

Age appropriate....this is for 4+ and can easily be used in that age group..
With a little assistance, a child can get very creative with this felt craft kit. The colors are bright and the book has examples to follow. My granddaughter loved it! It is also compact and easy to travel with.

Cute Idea, But…
Cute idea especially for travel, but the sticky part really isn’t sticky. Frustrating to try and get it to constantly stick and then fall off.

A bit messy with the peel off paper back but fun product for 5 YO
My granddaughter had a great time playing with this on a recent plane trip. However, we did have a mess with all of the white back/peel off from the felt. Some of the peel items were too difficult for her hands and I had to help. Good product if you are working with a young child.
