Excellent cooling, weird design
This is a very weird looking CPU cooler, but it does work extremely well keeping my overclocked Ryzen 7 2700X only 2 degrees warmer than my custom loop liquid cooler with 240mm radiator. I fitted it as a temporary measure whilst I was servicing my LC system. It was quite tricky to install with a very stiff sprung clip. I was worried about damaging the cooler mount but with a few huffs and puffs it went on OK in the end. This model illuminates red which does not match my rig, but if they made an RGB version it would be awesome.

Good product.
Good cooler. Keep AMD R5 2600X cool. A little problem it.s hard enough to install and its very big for micro atx. I needed to remove plastic case from cooler.

Looks nice and performs
So far so good. Happy with how it looks and performs. It was a bit difficult to install but I would buy it again. I had a stock cooler for an i5-4670k reaching 59C with no charge. After installing the new cooler I’m having 36C, with same zero charge, ambient 20C in both cases. The PC is now ready for some tweaking. It also looks really cool.

Really difficult installation
The UpHere cpucooler does what it is supposed to do, and it does keep the cpu cool, but the installation was absolutely horrific. The AMD Motherboards have been on the market for quite a while, so I don't understand why Uphere decided to make the cpu cooler so hard to install. I have installed quite a few amd coolers over the last few years, and this design just doesn't make sense. Apart from the installation, once installed it really does keep the cpu cool.

Awkward to install
It's a good cooler, just really awkward to install. For the Ryzen mount I had to loosen the brackets a bit to fit the cooler in before tightening the bracket back in.

Great for a budget build, though make sure you have clearance in your case and motherboard.
For what is a very cheap cpu cooler the quality is very good as well as coming with two sets of mounting plugs (yes plugs not screws) just in case something goes wrong, It also looks amazing in the pc itself. However the mounting system and the ease to actually install was very tense going as I had to take off the entire motherboard in order to get the leverage to hook the cooling block onto the cpu and had me worrying that I'd snap something important (luckily the kit comes with enough thermal paste to have quite a few goes if something happens). If you're looking for something that is cheap and does it's job while looking cool then this is a great buy, though with it's size and shape it definitely comes with it's own set of problems.
