Now I did say I would delete the negative feedback but after much consideration I rather edit it. Here is why: I understand that seller is trying to fix problem with an irate customer, and a FAIR RESOLUTION WAS ARRIVED AT (Free Replacement chair on their Dime) but, this was done because of my negative feedback hurts their business model in amazon, after all if you see bad review and read what I put , I seriously doubt you would buy from them. They need me to remove the feedback for them to be able to reach more costumers. But if I do that, I am basically hurting the next buyer by not letting them know that there was a problem with the seller’s product, and they might have same experience or worst. Also regardless of they, contacting me and giving me a free chair or not, it still was done after the “FACT”, I had to spend a month back and forth arguing my case and had to have Amazon end up reimbursing me, when the seller was supposed to be responsible, and I also had to box up surviving parts of the chair( Seat, Seat bracket that holds Cylinder and wheel base, and the arm rest) and mailed them back to Amazon. To me, getting the free chair is a compensation for the headaches I went thru. But here is the thing: If they had sent me the replacement chair they were supposed to, all of this would had been avoided. I am not a Petty person nor I like to take advantage of people or hold a grudge, but if I delete the review or altered in any way I won’t be holding up to my principals as a former member of the US Armed Forces.All I could say is that the seller needs to fix the problem with their customer service department and actually interact with them (the customer), I spend a whole month emailing back and forth to their California office, only spoke once with Lucy Medina on the phone, and when I got the replacement part that was NOT THE REPLACEMENT CHAIR THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND, I TRIED TO CALL 8 TIMES AND NEVER HAD ANYONE PICK UP, LEFT MESSAGES AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK, AND THE LAST 3 EMAILS I SEND THEM NEVER WERE ANSWERED. BUT AS SOON AS I PUT A NEGATIVE REVIEW, I GOT AN EMAIL IN MY INBOX IN LESS THAN 5 HOURS…Yes the seller send a replacement chair (better quality in manufacturing that the original one) yes I put it together to make sure it worked, and then I took it apart and put it away for future use if and when the chair I bought from Neo Chair Brakes or wears out. Yes the chair meets and exceeds my expectations…BUT, AND I DO MEAN BIG BUT…… the original chair lasted 6 months before it broke, if I give a positive review that would make it a lie since I just don’t know and will not know how long the free chair they send me would last. I can actually say that the quality is 100 percent better than before, (all screw holes are properly aligned, all stitching on the fabric is flawless, all parts fit perfectly and no wabbly pieces this time unlike the original chair.)As I stated before, the original review will not be deleted but THIS UPDATE SHOULD CLARIFY WHY IM NOT DELETING IT.MAYBE THE SELLER WILL FIX THEIR PROBLEMS AND YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY ON YOUR PURCHASE, HOWEVER YOU MIGHT NOT BE AS LUCKY AS ME TO FIND RESOLUTION. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU**UPDATE 11/04/2020** 4pm NY Time---I just want to update ALL of you. on Wednesday October 28, after having emailed Elecwish representative Lucy Medina more than 8 times back and forth and being told that I would get a FULL CHAIR REPLACEMENT; I got a Notification from MY ups ACCOUNT telling me I had a package on its way. Upon checking it said it was coming from china and I got exited thinking it was the replacement chair but then I noticed that the weight of item was less than 5 pounds. item arrived on Saturday and it was the replacement for the base that had broken.... here are the problems: 1- when the 2 base legs broke, I fell sideways and the arm on the right side that since purchase was loose end up breaking. and so, did the back of the chair. 2 for me to take base off I had to break the Gas Cylinder to be able to remove piece. 3 the wheels for the base were also damaged when the base broke so they end up in garbage. so RECAP, I HAVE A SEAT OF A CHAIR, ONE RIGHT SIDE ARM REST OF A CHAIR AND A REPLACEMENT BASE OF A CHAIR BUT NO WAY TO USE ANY OF THEM BECAUSE MISSING LEFT SIDE ARM REST , MISSING GAS CYLINDER, MISSING WHEELS.. AND NO ANSWER TO ANY OF MY 3 CALLS TO THE COMPANY SINCE MONDAY MORNING.Amazon reimbursed me 150.00 out of the 180 I spend on the chair because I used it for 6 months. They also reimbursed me the 30 bucks I Paid for the warranty. I even explained to them that I only have the seat and the side arms with the metal part that holds the gas Cylinder and nothing else, was told it was ok and to send it back which I just did. And after spending 50 bucks more bought another chair from a different vendor that has almost perfect reviews. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD, AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AFTER THE FIRST CALL ( I THINK THEY CALLER ID SCREEN CALLS). I HOPE MY NEW CHAIR IS WORTH IT AND THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO GO THRU THIS AGAIN. I called and the person that picked up by name of Lucy, heard my complaint about the broken parts and the problems I have had with the chair, she requested for me to email her photos of the damaged and the chair I have , (I went one further and send her those plus the a pdf copy of receipt of purchase of chair and the Gas cylinder/piston I had to purchase to fix the seat and she told me that A new chair would be send to replace the one I have, so I have to wait for that, but one thing was This afternoon at 4pm I got an email that the price I paid for the Gas Cylinder would be refunded back to my credit card , so I guess they contacted amazon to take care of that , so that gives me hope for the resolution to this problem, so as soon as it is resolved regardless of outcome I will update this review. here is crossing my fingers10/06/2020 10Am NY TimeOrdered on April 15, 2020, FOR $172.96 / TODAY IS October 6 2020 and chair has broken beyond repair, the Chair Base broke in 2 places and I busted my A$$, and the Gas Lift Hydraulic/Pneumatic Piston never worked, it never went up the proper way. Less than 6 months and I had to already spend $40 to buy the gas piston that was changed 2 days ago and today the dammed base brokeTo begin with the dammed seat is uncomfortable since it has a side are that raises up and it bother on my thighs, I am chunky after all but still at 250 this chair should have lasted longer than six months. then the left side arm is wobbly and no way to fix it unless I decide to remove cover and re attach the bolts inside properly. the arm under the chair that lets it recline never actually say put and the chair resets the reclining angle on its own when I get out of chair. It is supposed to be rated to a Weight Capacity of 330lbs and way to many other problems not worth my time, The base should had been made of metal not plastic, the piston should had work from the get go but it did not. next paycheck I buying a different one Thank God I purchased warranty on item, just going to file a claim and get another brand chair instead, stay away from this product, I gave them the benefit of the doubt from the negative reviews but I guess they were right from the start

Stop shopping around buy this one.
After viewing all the chairs available. Price didnt matter, i wanted padded arm rest, the level on them are just right, and they even tilt back at the same time when leaning the chair back.The lumbar support is just right, not big and bulky, the vibrating 2 mode feature is really nice and could help me get some naps in the day for my sciatica and muscle spasms.The head rest is really nice fits snuggly around the neck.Wheel have a really smooth glide to them.Footrest i was worried about this part not being sturdy, but oh my its perfect.Best gaming chair with all included. Love it.

I do not write to many reviews, but I felt the need to write one about this product. I just recently purchased this chair. Only reason I did is because I can't find anyone that makes my old chair anymore. Well long story short you know just like anything else there is a premium product and a generic product. Only usually in this case the generic would be the cheaper one not costing a couple hundred dollars. I have had nothing, but issues with this product since I have had it. I can't return it because it has to be in all the original boxing. I have a small house I couldn't keep it around. It has to be one of the noisiest chairs I've ever owned the back is clicking the chair won't seat properly on the piston so it tilted to one side or the other. The right arm would not attach to the chair properly it has at least a 1 inch wiggle to each side I've tried tightening the bolts. Poor qualityPros; I love the leg rest it is amazing to be able to stretch out playing a game.tairly comfortable material used and padding used on the chair.the neck and lumbar massage is very nice.Cons: noisy the arms don't move up or down to support the elbows better chair won't seat properly on the chair so its always tilted to one side or the other skeleton of the chair isn't very good strong my right arm is loose and wiggling doesn't matter if I try to tighten the screws.Not worth the price

Update: Customer support was quick to respond to the issue. Thank you!So, I decided that I am going to return the one with peeling and order a new one. I really wanted this chair to hold up longer for my kiddos. Hope the new one does not have an issue.Note to self: check everything before assembling.I ordered two for my kiddos due to online classes. It was so easy to assemble- less than 30 minutes. At first, I couldn't find the instruction and panicked. Look through videos, then saw the instruction in one of the plastic-wrapped part. Everything was packed individually. Aesthetically, it is beautiful and we love it. And surprise! it has a massager. I am hoping that this will hold up for 5 years.I am just sad that one chair has a tearing/ peeling on the top part. I only saw it when we were halfway through and I don't want to kill my kiddos' excitement. My son has been counting the days and waiting and he does not want to return it. Hope the manufacturer can see this and make sure that this does not happen again.CAUTION: If you have an 8 yr old son like mine, be careful with the reclining. He put in way too low and the chair toppled over. He was safe tho.The reclining can be locked.
