We in general do not use any plastic in our home, however when our toddler began throwing the glass bowls we were using off of her high chair we had to make an exception and purchased these. They’re perfect for their intended use, and I’m comfortable making the exception for the use of plastic because I trust this brand. For obvious reasons we try to avoid products that are made in China; these are made from recycled milk jugs and are proudly made in the USA.Some of the reviewers noted in their comments they were disappointed because these couldn’t be microwaved, however you should NEVER microwave any plastics, so that was just common sense for us since plastics do not belong in the microwave. Plus we try to avoid using the microwave altogether as much as possible due to the exposure to radiation. What I do like is that I can throw these bowls right in the dishwasher, or of course hand wash. So far we’ve been very pleased with these bowls and they’ve held up well.

These bowls are the perfect size and I LOVE the colors, and I love how sturdy they feel. But they are advertised on here and the insert that comes with it as microwave safe, but they are definitely not microwave safe. I put one in the microwave to heat up some broccoli and there was a spark with just seconds that left a melted spot in the bowl. I don't mind that they aren't microwaveable, just that I was mislead about it.

This is one of those times where deliberate, well-planned, researched design - even if it seems simple - leaves the competition in the dust. Also this was a time when I didn't realize how much better such a design was until using it. My kids were using cheap Corelle bowls for cereal in the morning and I didn't think anything of it. Instead of buying more of those bowls, I opted for a set of these (way cheaper and hey made of milk jugs that's cool). My oldest commented immediately at how much easier it was to eat his cereal. At first I didn't understand, but then I saw that the width of the bowl, coupled with the high sides (just barely angled), were ideal at getting the cereal submerged in milk and even more ideal to scoop it out. It seems silly, but there you go - it really is the perfect design for younger kids. These are also our go-to for snacks. Just love them all around.

They are the perfect size for most anything we don't serve on a plate — cereal, cut fruit, soup... The deep sides make it easy for our children (1 and 3 years old) to get the food out and the large flat bottom prevents the bowl from being tippy, which minimizes spills. It's great that you can pick from so many different colored sets, so these even complement our regular dinnerware without sticking out like a sore thumb when the table is set. I'm about to order another set as my baby is starting to join in on more table food and we go through these three bowl easily over the course of one day.It's not a huge issue, but I do wish these were microwave safe so that I could heat baby food in these as well — it's hard to find the right size bowls for my 1-year-old's current portion size when it comes to purees, and these would be just perfect. Still my favorite bowls for my baby and toddler's meals and snacks, wholeheartedly recommend!

We love these bowls in our house. They are great for cereal, oatmeal, bowls of food that would otherwise be too messy on a plate, and just about anything, including holding crafty supplies when working with the kids. I love that these come in so many different colors so you can pick the palette that best appeals to you. They do scratch a bit if you use a knife on them, but that doesn't bother me. They also hold sort of a greasy film, so make sure you use plenty of dish soap when cleaning them. They are safe in the top of the dishwasher though, so they really are hassle free. And, best of all, they don't shatter when dropped! My only complaint is that the price I paid was a bit higher than the local big store competitor in my area. Oh well....still a great item and I would buy again.

I started out with a variety of fools, once I got here and there, but eventually it got to me that they didn't all stack together. So I downsize to these and the nook ones with lids. Then I discovered that my reusable silicon covers, that I bought to try to use less Saran wrap, fit these perfectly. So I don't even really need the milk ones anymore. We're trying to downsize on plastic in general. I like the fact that these are recycled and that they are so durable. Plus my little girl loves bright green, and these guys have the best green out there. I also love that their segmented plates stack well with their unsegmented plates.

These are our go-to bowls.. for both kids and adults. They are the perfect portion for snacks, as well as a bowl of cereal for kids. Now that we’re all home all day during the pandemic we ended up having to really stock up our supply based on the sheer number we were using every day. These are super easy to clean. I love that they are recycled milk jugs too! Best bowls!

I love the re play brand. I am so happy I found a great brand that makes cute & affordable baby bowls and plates. I really wanted something that looked like our (adult) plain white plates for when we all sit at the table together and that is how I found these. Now I have them in black as well. They are very durable as my 10 month old loves to play with his bowls (& sometimes throw them) and we have yet to see any wear.The only negative thing is that some orange foods may leave a stain behind if you do not clean it right away, however with a few runs in the dishwasher they are all perfectly white. That's why I still give it 5 stars!
