Works as expected with the main drawback being inability to change the goal temperature to any number you want.You have to use their preset goal temperatures.As someone who likes to Sous Vide, I would like to set the thermometer to lower temperature goals than the provided presets. This would allow me to have a double check on the built in thermometer on the Anova immersion circulator I use. When cooking food at temperatures where the margin of safety to achieve pasteurization is just a few degrees, having an accurate temp is a matter of great importance to me.Other than this, it works nicely. I haven't tested the limits of the bluetooth range but the range is decent enough as it hasn't been a problem.Also, I have had the thermometer for less than two months and I've only used it a few times, so I can't comment on longevity.

But after a few months everything stopped working correctly. The temperature is off and does not read correctly. It randomly will reset the monitor, say I am cooking chicken and have it set to chicken, all of a sudden it will beep and reset to beef. Thank goodness i pay attention to the thermometer the entire cook, otherwise I would end up really off if only relying on this to tell me. The alarm does NOT shut off at all. You cannot change the temperature of certain meats, and some are programmed higher than what needs to be cooked to. EX chicken at 175 instead of 165. Overall it was neat for about a month and then was pretty much useless after that.

Ok, so I have been over cooking my meat for years!!! My son-in-law uses a meat thermometer and everything he cooks, grills or smokes turns out perfectly. His secret- he always uses a meat thermometer!! So I broke down and decided to get one and this one is amazing. It not only tells me when my meat is done (which has been tasting amazing now) it’s wireless and I can go inside and not have to babysit what I’m cooking. It was easy to set up and now I’m a happy cooker. Highly recommended.

A solid wireless thermometer. I tried using a cheaper bluetooth thermo with an app, but it was just too unreliable.this is much more accurate and easier to use, with a great range. I've had it go through my exterior wall and 2 more interior and still updating. Getting the temperature settings to change is a bit tricky, but that's just a minor complaint.Would buy again.

Pretty awesome device!!! Easy to use and so happy with the quality! I do a lot of cooking so having this on hand is awesome especially since it's wireless and easy clean up! Everything you need, easy set and through instructions

Worked great during first use. Easy to use. Easy to read. Accurate temperature read-out.2nd use it broke halfway through smoking a pork butt. Screen read HHH even though the temperature wasn't anywhere near the thermometer temp limit

I wouldn't recommend this product. The magnets fell out of the base and 1 probe didnt work after only one use. Also, there is no notification when your meat has reached its cooked temperature.
