Easy to use, easy to clean! I bought this to use with a packet idli mix from MTR, and they came out great! Perfect if everyone in your household doesn't eat Indian breakfast, because it is simple enough to be worth making for just one person (though you will have leftovers, they re-heat well).

Idli come out flat and not light
Idli dont turn out Well / Light / Soft and fluffy. They come out flat from top.I think the base should be more deep to hold more water for steaming.
