Garrison Grip 1.25IN Extension Fits Taurus PT738 TCP 380 and PT732

I have a very large set of hands, because of that it's hard for me to find gloves. But it is also really hard to grip my favorite little CCW. The T738 is very effective at what it is meant to do. The floor plate extension (what it really should be called) enables all of my hand except for about half of my pinky finger to stay on the 738. That helps the firearm, help the shooter. Faster follow up shots and not having to re-adjust your grip are the two main characteristics that should help sell this floor plate extension to everyone who has the little firearm. it is easy to put on with just a small screwdriver you can easily remove the factory floor plate and with the spring follower captured by your hand, you can slide the Garrison Grip into place. Only drawback and reason I did not give it 5 stars...the new surface area has atleast room for two of the little .380 ACP cartridges and that would just take it over the top!

Definitely a good buy! I purchased it for my wife's tcp 380 (2 magazines) but I liked it so much I put one of the extenders on my own tcp 380.The only downside I see is there is a small gap when the mag is seated in the pistol but the gap is very small, about 1/32".The extender feels extremely sturdy on the magazines and there is no play or "slop" in the piece whatsoever. It fits the magazine extremely well.Assembly took less than 3 minutes. Simply push in the center pin in the bottom of the factory magazine base and slide it off. Be sure to cover the bottom of the mag with your finger as you remove the factory piece so the small base plate and spring do not fly out the bottom. Once the factory base is removed, slide the Garrison extender on. You will feel the "click" when it seats.Overall I give this product 4 stars. If I wasn't such a perfectionist and the 1/32" gap wasn't present I would say this product was 5 stars.For the price I am very pleased!

These are good extensions for my medium hands; help keep a good grip on this baby .380. Taurus's recoil is a little stronger than Glock43 because this gun is smaller, nearly identical to my Kel Tec P32 (which is a little less harsh because it's .32). But these extensions were easy to install, make the grip feel good, and (maybe subjective) recoil isn't as cumulatively strong. Still very concealable pistol. Only marked down slightly (1 star) because I'm spoiled in my G42 and G43 with extensions that add 2 rounds (totaling 8 each instead of 6). Wish I could find a +2 extension for this PT738. Meantime, the Garrison extensions make it a very good backup pistol, and emergency car (in holster on side of console) pistol.

These pistol grips are perfect for my Taurus TCP .380 ACP. They are big enough for a man or woman to fit their entire hand on and around the grip. Where as before I could only fit a few fingers leaving the pinky finger behind. And you never realize just how much you need it, till it comes time to grip something. Now it feels natural and I love my conceal carry. And if you have concerns with the grip being to big with concealing, I have had no issues. Works great with a conceal carry. I'm satisfied.Pros: You finally have that grip you've been missing, and at an affordable price. Works like it's suppose to.Cons: Doesn't come with instructions (although not all that complicated) and it didn't tell you in the description that these will replace the bottom piece of your mag's. They do not attach on/slip on.If you need help, youtube is your friend.

Nice, easy to install, just be careful as you release the magazine spring, and be sure to put it back exactly as it came out so you don't have feed problems with spring backwards. Having that 3rd finger grip available is very helpful in stabilizing the gun in my opinion and the design where they taper back on the rear helps keep the grip compact. There is a 1/16 gap between the pistol handle and the grip extension, but that doesn't bother me, just another 1/16 inch of length and I was looking for longer grips. I bought the 2 pack as I have 2 clips for this pistol. I have my pistol equipped with a laser also.These are a must have for retrieving the gun from my under column holster setup.

I bought these at my husband's request. I am giving it a 4 star because when I asked him what he thought of it he said, "It's alright" which means, there's nothing wrong with it, and it's doing what it's intended to do. If the product weren't good I'd hear for DAYS: what a piece of crap it all is! Waste of money! and of course how NOTHING is made worth a s*** these DAYS! and more. So, this is a pretty good review but I can't give it 5 stars because I don't know first-hand.

Ordered the 2 Pack 1.25" Garrison Grip magazine extensions for my PT738 Taurus TCP, ordered the 1st and arrived on the 6th. Mounted easily and allows me to get my all three fingers on the grip. Much improved comfort. Still need to range test them but from the few shots I've gotten to take with them on so far may have to buy them for all my TCP magazines not just 2 of them. Also I saw one of the previously posted reviews said they could only load 5 instead of 6 in the magazine after installation, seeing that the slide on the rail just like the factory plates and are held there by the spring system like the factory plates, I find this unlikely, and I was still able to load my 6 + 1 without any issues.

I just ran 100 rounds through my TCP 380 after installing the Garrison Grips. Installation was easy, taking no more than a couple of minutes to attach to two clips. The extra inch plus makes a big difference in control and having a more secure grip on the gun. There's a small gap but it didn't pinch when firing and the clip is just as secure as the original factory clip base. The extensions aren't a factor with CC unless you use an ankle holster while wearing skinny jeans. For the price and their performance so far they're well worth the 5 star rating.
