Poor quality, inconsistent results
2 of the 5 sensors I received are just junk. They work for a few hours, sometimes one or 2 hours, sometimes as much as 24 hours. After some time, the sensors will not provide a reading. Restarting the microcontroller does not fix it. The only fix is to power off the sensor itself and then begin reading the values. I have 10 of the older DHT11 sensors and none of those exhibit this behavior. For this reason, I'll be sticking with the DHT11 and staying away from these sensors. If you do plan to use these, definitely plan on some way to reset the power to these in order to make them start working after they go dead. In trying to solve my issue with these, I searched google and found dozens of people having the same issue with these DHT22, which is, they simply stop working after some hours of use. My advice, stay far, far away from these troublesome sensors.
