I got this book because it was attached to one of her videos about making croissants, do I could get the recipe, but it doesn't have a croissant recipe on it. But it has some others that I like so I'll keep it

This cookbook I'd delightful! I've watched all the episodes from fresh with Anna Olson. I have them saved on my DVR. That is so I can watch them whenever I want. When I find this book is it is as delightful as watching an episode. The notes on the sides. The recipes are written just she would speak. Just adorable. Look forward to every recipe I make!!!

Am I the last one on the planet to discover Anna? My favorite style - fresh, clean recipes with a French backbone but she makes everything so accessible. Some classics with a twist, some unusual. Beautiful pix too. I'm a cookbook junkie but these are recipes I really use.
