First of all, this product is beautiful, the house looks really good, and the moss feels nice. Also, not only bettas can go in here, my red micky mouse platy like to go in here occasionally, and he fits in there. I expected this product to be just a little thing that you put on the side of your tank, but it turned out to be bigger than I expected and it takes up a whole corner of my ten gallon tank. If you want your fish to go in it frequently then you should place it near a light, as it gets dark instead, and your fish might get scared to go in. I will say this though, this decoration shouldn't go in a tank for big fish. For example, you can put it in with minnows, platys, bettas, or other small fish, but dont put it in with angelfish, cichilids, or other big fish because they might try to get in and they can scrape their fins.

This is absolutely perfect for my beta tank. He loves it. He likes to hide inside and peek his head out. Highly recommend.

While this house is so super cute and my Beta loves it. When I first reviewed it I read the reviews and washed it. Well I did not wash it enough. Turned my entire tank green and killed my previous beta. I'm assuming the fibers that came off of it is what did it.... Still turned the "new" tank green after washing several times. So I recommend SCRUBBING it with a dish pad first to save your baby ❤️. Which is what I did this time. So far so good, with the new setup and new Beta.

I had this with my betta, cleaned off as every other decoration before going in my tank. It started to cloud my tank, and the “moss” decor started falling off and made my tank all nasty and cloudy. I ended up removing it and carefully removing all of the tiny hair from the house. It’s cute, but it should not have the textured “moss”

This item has a hollow bottom, and is not heavy enough, so it floats! We weighted it down with a few stones on the edge, but then our poor betta fish got trapped inside—the doors are too small! Fortunately, my 5 year old noticed the fish was trapped and we lifted the house so he could escape through the hollow bottom (he had a few injuries, but is ok now). Do NOT buy this for a betta or larger fish!!!!!

This little fish tank house was perfect. Perfect fit, and a little hidey hole under it, which was perfect to shove a little bubble bar under and it looks like bubbles are coming out from under the house. Love it!

The media could not be loaded.  The house is beautiful it’s very small but even after soaking it before I put it in the tank the moss turned my tank green. The moss slowly comes out in the water. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and the moss is almost all gone. But still a cute house. My Betta loves it.
