Prismacolor Premier Pencil Sharpener

Works great, got for my nieces colored pencils and its so much better than a regular sharpener! Easy to take on the go and he pencils dont break as often now!

I do a lot of adult coloring with colored pencils and this is my go-to pencil sharpener. There are two sharpeners which achieve different point styles. It’s not unusual for the point of a colored pencil to break during the sharpening process. This sharpener is easy to open and remove the broken point with ease. This sharpener works very well and is an excellent value for the money. You will get many hours of use from this sharpener.

Amazing quality..sharpens graphite, colored, and watercolor pencils easily, sometimes with less than a full rotation. Appreciate the loss of product, considering the cost of some of my supply’s. Would recommend, gift and repurchase this item.

For the most part, I’m very happy with the pencil sharpener. Both sides work great.The downsides are it’s hard to empty the shavings once it’s full and it did come damaged in the package. It looks like someone slammed it into the concrete, it’s chipped but it’s most likely on Amazon… not the seller or product itself.

An enjoyable sharpener. Fits my hand nicely and works well with my arthritic fingers. The plastic notch arrow push up was a little confusing for my fingers, but I found a YouTube clip that helped fix the "how do I empty debris from this thing?" confusion. Sharpens my variety of pencils quite well. Works amazingly well with my Prismacolor pencils, too!

I previously submitted a one star review saying I hated this sharpener and that arthritic hands could not open it at all. Even after watching videos and hurting myself over and over no luck! My husband had a hard time at first but now can do it. Now he knows how he said he will do it for me and so I take back my bad review; it is a great sharpener now!

An absolute must have for the prismacolor pencils! Other sharpeners tear up the pencils. This glides through each sharpening with 2 different options. Super easy to clean. The snap top is just a bonus to contain the shavings.

Works well, lead doesn’t break at all. Do not use for regular pencil, it will not work out well and it will eat it. It only cuts wax pencils well. A little bulky to carry around. Recommend for any artists.
