Rockin' Bass Response and Noise Cancellation. Watch out Bose!
I have been in the market recently for new bluetooth noise cancellation headphones. Meidong's previous model, the E7B has receiving very positive reviews so I was encouraged to be among the first to try the similarly priced E7C model. My standard is a high one and I did not expect the Meidong model to realistically compete head to head with my $300 Bose Quiet Comfort 15 headphones. To my amazement, they do very well indeed!I originally became hooked on the original Bose model a few years ago. It does not have Bluetooth like the Meidong. Bose pioneered the active noise cancellation concept and this type of headphones are a godsend on long airplane trips, or in any busy, noisy environment. While watching films on the plane, the Bose deliver great audio while miraculously knocking out all of the other annoying airplane sounds. At home, my wife kiddingly complains the noise cancellation feature also out the noise of whatever she asks me to do around the house.Since I needednew bluetooth headphones for music from my phone, and noise cancellation, too, trying out the Meidong's at 1/5th the price of newest bluetooth $350 Bose Quiet Comfort 35 seemed like a worthwhile test.Noise cancellation: Meidong vs Bose:To my surprise, the Meidong is just as good. Almost the same response. Excellent!Construction and Wearing Comfort: Meidong vs Bose:Both are appropriately lightweight and well constructed. For my head, the Bose sometimes wobbles a little unless I overtighten and then they rest slightly uncomfortably on my head. The Meidong were very comfortable indeed save for one spot on my right ear. If I wiggled the headphones up very slightly then the very slight discomfort would go way as the top to bottom shape of the ear best fits the headphone cup shape. Be sure you have the R labeled side on your right ear, as I quickly learned. I do believe any average wearer would be pleased.Music fidelity: Meidong vs Bose:If your musical tastes lean toward rock or hip hop, you will likely find the Meidong's very satisfying. The lower midtones roll back slightly, as do the highs, leaving the listener with a tight, punchy listening experience The soundstage imaging on the Meidong's side to side is excellent. The Bose headphones are more suited to a flat tonal range, not as impressive in bass, but more open and defined in midtones and highs, as Bose is known for. Thus the Boss are more of a high fidelity audiophile headphone and would be well suited to jazz or classical music. For sound quality, I more realistically compare the Meidong headphones more closely to my daughter's $150 Skullcandy Crusher bluetooth headphones, which are also known for powerful bass. Those phones have a nice variable bass feature but also roll off the highs a bit. The Crushers do not have noise cancellation but the $150 Skullcandy Venue model does.So it really comes down to your taste in music, your perspective on price vs. value, and whether noise cancellation is of interest to you. Once you try this feature, you will be hooked and Meidong strikes a good balance between value and a wonderfully immersive musical experience.

Better black...
I purchased the red one of this exact same headphone and because the red was a little too flashy for me sometimes, I decided that the black will be best for when I go out. Inside the box came a manual, charging cable, auxiliary cable, headphone, and carrying bag. This headphone lasted over 20 hours before needing to charge after charging the first time. I did not use it throughout the 20 hours. This headphone arrived already charged, so I was able to use it for about 11 hours before charging the first time. The sound quality was good. Different kinds of songs seemed to be exactly as they were without the headphones. The noise canceling isn't all that great, but it was okay. I prefer hearing around me anyways. Besides, I bought this headphone for the color and just to listen to music. Noise canceling was not one of the reasons. On the right side, it had the Power On/Off, Volume Up, and Volume Down buttons along with an auxiliary port. On the left side, there is a port for the micro USB cable. This headphone was able to extend for bigger heads too. It was quite comfortable, but I also prefer bigger headphones to cover my whole ear instead of resting on my ear and making it uncomfortable over time. Other than all of that, thank you.

Comfortable to wear, good sound quality
I've had these headphones since June of 2021. It's now April of 2022. I have used them heavily because I wear them at work all day. So basically 6-9 hrs per day, 5 days a week. They're extremely comfortable and the controls are simple to use. I don't like the noise-canceling feature because it gives me a headache. This is the only pair of noise-canceling headphones I've ever tried, so it could be like that with all of them, idk. I've always been very sensitive to high-pitched frequencies so other people may not notice any problem when the noise canceling is turned on.Tbh, I haven't even missed it. The headphones do such a great job blocking sound all on their own that I even wear them when they're turned off just to block out the surrounding office hum. The sound quality is impeccable and the ear pieces don't irritate my glasses or ear studs. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is bc it's been less than a year and they're just now this week starting to have some audio issues. I'm going to try cleaning the jack connection and see if that fixes the fuzz lolEither way, they're pretty cheap, so 10 months of heavy use isn't BAD... it's just not particularly good either lol

Nice but broke in less than a year
Sound quality good. Noise cancelling very good. Controls are a bit backwards, but you get used to them. The low battery alarm is actually the old telephone busy signal. Battery life is good though. However, after 10 months of fairly light use they broke, physically. Right ear piece broke off at the pivot. This is the second one I had, as the first one had a bad firmware and wouldn’t play correctly.

Great headphones, sound and noise cancelling.
Bough this headset for a flight this weekend and i i was about to buy the e7b and i saw this one and went for it. Dont regret it. Headphones are awesome!. Sounds quality is great, specially the bass but bough them mainly for the noise cancelling on the plane. Barelly heard anything while in use. Battery last a long time but didnt time it. The ear buds are very confortable. Great product at a lower price than other brands and very satisfied with it. Tried more expensive brands on local retail and cant tell a diference to be honest. Will buy another for my girl.
