Got this case a week ago and I am giving this case a 5 star rating for the following reasons:1: The ultrasonic fingerprint ID works pretty well with this case, very sensitive and responsitive. which is the best case among my 3 cases for my new phone.2: It passed the waterproof test twice, yes i had tried 2 times, both are ok, great.3: With the durable bumper on the sides, this case prevent my phone from several drops, does not leave a light scratch or little damages at all.4: Buttons are easy to push and ports are easy to access. I do worry slightly about the longevity of the rubber port covers for the headphone port and charging port, but for now they seem just fine.All in all loved the product. Fit pretty perfect with my galaxy S10 Plus.

This cover suggested for outdoor use...mostly because it's waterproof is perfect for everyday protection of my Galaxy.This case make my phone wider than it actually is but not really bulky. The touch screen works perfect and so does the finger print reader .There is no echo when on the phone. Person on other end said I was slightly muffled but not bad enough to where it is a problem.Best I've ever had and very heavy duty, I need that because I'm a frequent dropper, but it protects my phone beautifully. Can't imagine what my phone would have looked like without it. This cover is awesome.

The case is durable, don't get me wrong - As someone who drops my phone more than once a day, this case holds up.Although I have a GoPro but I seldom bring it with me as I think it's not convenience to export those files out, and this time, I searched for different kind of waterproof bags/ cases for traveling and finally bought this awesome waterproof case, and now...I can say it's a really great product! Face recognition works great and touch screen is responding. Photos appear to be good as well. In a word, couldn't be more satisfied with it.

This is my first Android phone, use iPhone since the first one came out and tested many waterproof cases, this Sydixon case being my favorite. The touchscreen is clear and works well. I have no problem hearing calls. Although my phone is water proof, you cannot take it in sea water, since summer is here, we do really need a waterproof case for seaside trip.I did the test as instruction 2 days before, the result is amazing, there is even no one drop leak into it. I love my new galaxy so much, as well as this case, it became my daily use case now. Would buy it again in the future. Highly recommend !

It fits my phone well and I have no problems using the buttons or the screen with the case on. I dropped my phone so often, so I need to get a really durable great protection case, this case did not let me down. Can't imagine what my phone would have looked like without it. This cover is awesome . Waterproof test passed!! Reads the fingerprint pretty good. Kinda takes a few times to catch it good but all in all, very happy with my purchase.

Overall a good case for my S10+. Only issue I can write about is that the finger print sensor at times can be difficult. I would say it does not work on the 1st attempt 6 out of 10 times. Yes, I deleted my original fingerprints and then reprogrammed with the case. I will say it's better now after using the sensor for about a month now.UpdateI received a new case (because my fingerprint sensor was not working) and have ZERO issues with fingerprint sign on. Maybe the 1st one I had was bad or maybe you cannot "clean it", but whatever the reason I now have the perfect phone case. Thanx!

Edit - I took a star away today. I found that large areas of the screen don't work while the phone is in my wireless charger. I'm certain that it is the case because I took the case off to try the phone on the same wireless charger and it worked without an issue. This thing is just trash.Original review - I read a lot of the reviews on this before purchasing the case. The only thing I can figure is the reviews were paid for or fabricated by ghost accounts. This case is not good at all. I'm unable to use the fingerprint reader at all on my new phone which is a real pain because my fingerprint is used for most of my logins. On top of that the case is very cheaply made. I can't attest to whether or not the case is "waterproof" but it's not a function I was when concerned with considering the phone itself is water resistant up to 1.5 meters. I'm returning this because it does not function as designed.

This product is amazing. After using this case, I bought one for my mom since it works so well and looks so sleek. When I first got it I thought it was a regular phone case with a built in screen protector, but it turned out it was also waterproof. Plus this case works with wireless charging. Bumper feels super sturdy.I have not tried underwater but I have been caught in the rain with no problem. I have already shown off this great case and have had friends look for theirs on Amazon. Would definitely buy again.
