While this is a very strong ladder, the ladder runs are too far apart, they need to be closer. I am 5'10" and I had a hard time using this ladder.

I bought this rope ladder for personal use rather than for an emergency escape tool as I periodically need to ascend trees. I forged a couple of hooks that I fastened to the carabiners that can then hook of a lower limb of the tree. So far it has proved to be very sturdy and can easily hold my weight of 200 lbs. Would recommend this in the future.

We use this to get into chases and it works great. We use it everyday on our jobs.
