Love it! Super speedy delivery - one day - packaged well! The 14" was the shortest length available, which was a tad too long for me, so I trimmed about 2 inches (or so) off. The hair is soft and the color is beautiful. I used a flat iron (@ 380 degrees) to style the unit, and the curls held very well (even lasted through an outdoor networking event and an outdoor late night party, in Las Vegas, NV). I have received lots of compliments, and would certainly recommend this Sunwell unit.

I love this wig. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the color was a bit more blonde than the photos. Other than the the hair is soft all my friends love it!

This was my first wig purchase. I returned the wig because it was not good quality. I was not expecting Beyonce quality wig but I was hopping for better than I received. The pictures show a pretty full wig and good length, that is NOT what I received. I had to go back and look at the picture just to know it was the same product because it looked so different. Save your money.

Exactly like picture. Maybe the length is a little shorter but still cute. Scariest part was cutting the lace. I love it!

There’s a lot to like about this wig and a few things to not like. The hair itself is soft but the first time I washed it it got very poofy. Even after straightening it it was still very poof. The curls right out of the bag are bad, you definitely need to restyle it. The color was far too brassy for my taste but I used some wella T18 toner and it took that beautifully. It does seem to have a least some synthetic hair mixed in but not so much that you can’t do anything with it. The lace was a tiny bit too dark (I have very pale skin) but I bleached the inside and it lightened up the lace enough for me. The only thing that’s really been a problem is the cap seems really big and I can’t keep it from sliding. The hooks to tighten it won’t stay latched.One big pro is the hair is a lot longer than what I ordered. I ordered the 14in and it’s more like 20. I don’t know if I just got the wrong length or if they measure the hair curled so I had plenty of length to work with to trim the ends.
