These things are a miracle cure. I was getting a UTI once per week and antibiotics didn't help. I haven't had one since I started taking these. They're a bit big so hard to swallow the first few times, but you eventually get used to them. I take 3 every time I feel symptoms coming on/haven't taken any in a while.

Whenever I feel my medication (such as pain relief) isn't working, I know it's likely I'm having some type of cystitis or UTI flare. I also start getting bladder weakness like crazy. Taking 2 of these about 4 or 5 times a day for a couple days, sorts it right out. Then I take 2 a day, every day to keep things at bay. They really work. I swear by Nature's Aid - all my supplements are by them.HOWEVER - I can take huge horse pills with no issues usually. But these .. These are REALLY hard to swallow. They're big and they're rough, so sometimes they get stuck down your throat and it really hurts. This is why I couldn't give them the 5 stars they possibly deserve. Just be sure to have plenty of drink near by and keep guzzling if the pill gets stuck.

This Product helps reduce the Pain when going through a UTI sometimes, & the dose might not be as it says, I took this a few times had a burn so took two a day and the pain went but later it returned with vengeance. I was so happy to begin with but then was like woah. As a very powerful infection had come along. I read really good reviews and seeing the power is high I assumed two would do the trick.Trust me it did not, not only that it's extremely hard to swallow.But honestly they taste kind of good though. And at first I did think maybe it's working, but I wad back on the antibiotics and Nitrofurantoin did the trick for me, nothing is as strong as it. & that's fact.

I take 2G per day of D-Mannose on the advice of my Urologist and the tablets can be an absolute nightmare to swallow because some of them are huge as well as being quite crumbly and also of an awkward shape (with sharp/hard edges) so they get stuck in the throat and are difficult to swallow even if broken into pieces. These are smaller than a lot of pills of a similar dose, are nicely compressed and have smoother, more rounded edges, making them easier to swallow than some. I would purchase again.

For some reason, some brands of dmannose irritate my bladder which is annoying when you take them to prevent utis, these don't seem to irritate my bladder and while the pills are big, I don't have to break them up to swallow as I have had to do with other brands. Also a lot cheaper than buying from a pharmacy

Impossible to swallow even if you cut them in half!!

I had a run of kidney infections (3) and the antibiotics weren't fully clearing it up. I was recommended these by a friend and they fully cleared it up in a few days. I carried on taking a lesser dose for the week after too and haven't had any problems since. (8 weeks on). Can't recommend enough.
