My son is in love with his helmet. He especially loves the lights and the way the faceplate automatically closes. It works well paired with the standard costume. Unfortunately,it is very heavy and pretty clunky. It's not comfortable for a toddler. I don't imagine him wearing it for very long. Also, the wings are virtually nonexistent.

The kid in the photo is way too old for this product. It is a little cumbersome, but what do you expect? My 2.75 year old will sit on the couch watching Toy Story with it on... walks around, looks at himself in the mirror. Gives his little Buzz Lightyear advice on how to be Buzz Lightyear, etc... Seems to be the PERFECT fit for his age. He will outgrow it in 6-9 months. For reference he is currently transitioning from 3T to 4T. The biggest downfall is that the wings do not function at all. Thats KIND of a big deal. Oh... and all of the buttons do not work. Only the first red small button on the right hand side does something. The speaker is to the side of the big red "wing" button. Could definitely use some upgrades but is still a really cool start and worth it at $50. I'd pay $100+ with the upgrades, BUT THEY'RE ONLY THIS OLD ONCE!

Awesome entertainment

Extremely well made, lots of comments at Halloween about how authentic this was. Kids LOVE IT. Too heavy and wide in shoulders for our 3 year old for regular play (but that's on us as the buyer for pushing the limit), abide by Age Limit.

Solid toy but too heavy and too wide for our 3yo even with the straps. He really wanted it to work but even with the straps it kept falling forward. He likes playing with the automatic helmet though. It was a little wide for our 5yo too. Keeping it in hopes our 3yo night grow into it and play with it more. For now he doesn’t want to wear it for more than a few seconds he just sits it on the ground and plays with the button and helmet.

First off let me say that I’m the director of a preschool summer camp program. When COVID hit and we started planning on how to make camp so exciting for these kids who have been cooped up for months.I read an article about a mom who wore this buzz light-year helmet instead of the regular Covid masks!!! How great would that be for the kids see my full face!!!Needless to say I didn’t get to try it out in camp.... but I get to wear it to the grocery store!!! The few kids who see me light up each every time.I took a pool noodle and ducked taped it under the shoulders in order to get it to fit an adult comfortably.... but it’s awesome!!!If you need a mask for a kid it’s awesome!!!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my nephew. The box arrived quickly and in great condition. My nephew loves the toy! He wears this with the other buzz device that throws discs and he feels like he’s in the movie. However, it does hurt him if he wears it without a shirt on. Even with the shirt on, I’d say he’s not completely comfortable with it, it’s just the excitement of becoming buzz that prevents him from taking it off after 5 minutes. Well, I think it’s a good toy and the price is fair.
