Must read this book
If you are looking for the information about Keto Meal Prep, then this book is for you. This guide was recommended me by my friend. From this book, I learned what meal prepping is, the basics of meal planning, what is difference between meal prepping and meal planning, 4 reasons why I should meal prep on Keto, how to start Keto Meal Prepping, equipment needed for meal prepping. In this guide, the author also offers us 21-day meal plan. Every day includes breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. I found this book very informative and useful. It is well written and good organized. All recipes are saved with simple ingredients and easy cooking directions, and full nutritional information. I liked this book very much and I am glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend this guide for those who are looking for a healthy start on their way to successful meal planning . It is worth reading.

Overall excellent!
I'm satisfied with this guidebook. Keep your body strong and healthy, and make your entire life better. There are some people out there who will look down on you for trying out this new diet. Ketosis is when your body is using the fats that you consume, as well as your fat stores, to create ketones, which are similar to little battery packs, which give you the energy your body needs. When you eat a meal with the same amounts of carbs, fats, and proteins, your body will automatically break down the carbs first. Your body likes the easy way. Overall excellent!

Do not buy. There is no 21 day meal plan in this book!
Based on the positive reviews, I can't believe I'm reading the same book. This overpriced 87-page book has about 60 pages of poorly edited text and about 20 pages of recipies. 24 of the 87 pages are single-column double spaced lists of keto-friendly foods which are supposed to list the serving size, calories, fat, carb, and protien content of each. Many food items are missing one or more of the macro values and none of the calories are listed. There's even a couple of wasted pages telling you that you are going to need pots and pans and knives to prepare the food. There are 11 breakfast recipies (including bulletproof coffee which everyone knows how to make), 8 lunch recipies if you count the dressing and sauce recipies, and 6 dinner recipies . Each recipie shows how to cook a huge amount of the dish being created and that's it. There's no meal plan and no menu at all. Based on the title, I was anticipating being able to prep some balanced lunches for the week ahead of time. Nope. I will be returning this. Absolutely useless.

Good Book!
I love the information in this book, the structure, nutrition tips meal planning and such. My favorite recipes are classic deviled eggs, spinach and cheddar muffins, French style strawberry omelette, and Italian style eggs with mortadella bits. I received this book for free for my honest review. Lovely.!!!

supper book
I have been prescribed a book by my dear companion and its expounded on keto diet as I were critically required a book which can help me in keep up my eating regimen and wellbeing. In spite of the fact that keto diet is a suitable choice in light of the fact that in it covered up advantageous formulas that are useful for wellbeing and aides in decreasing weight.
