AT Surgical Women's Thigh High Compression Support Stockings with Open Toe, 15-20 mmHg, (X-Large)

Had a knee replacement 8/4/15. The compression hose they gave you coming out of surgery wore out after the six weeks, so bought these, much quality than hospital. If knee is swelling a little too much I still will put this on at night and most of the swelling is gone in the am. Also helped with creepy pain in those first few months.

I ordered these after hip replacement surgery because my feet and ankles were swelling badly and these stockings did the trick, swelling reduced almost instantly! They are made well, easy to put on and comfortable. I really like the grip at the top. I will keep them for future surgerys. (Three hip surgerys so far).

My main complaint is that I did not realize that I would need a garter belt to keep these hose up. The photo did not show a garter belt. I like the fabric and the feel of the hose, but they did not stay up for long, and just kept creeping down my leg. These might work if you do not move around much.

Bought for a friend that has swollen legs. I used some similar in my trip to Japan. Usually trips in the past legs swollen terribly these socks prevented that.

I was surprised at how comfortable these were to wear. Getting them on was a challenge but isn't that the way with most hosiery products.. They didn't bind or and stayed in place.I would suggest ordering the next size larger than the guidelines if you are tall or if your legs swell much. Once they were on for a couple of hours I could pull them higher on my thighs but at first they only covered my knee.They do what they claim... can't ask for more than that.
